77. POST # 32 MM: The reports of the " closing of the escrow " on the house that Anna and HKS purschased were all over the news about 4 or 5 days ago. CNN, Greta and MSNBC reported it.
They reported that It was " a shit hole " and was in the process of being torn down.

I think TMZ ran a picture of this " pink house " they purchased also. I far cry from the " HORIZON mansion they were living in. Let's put it this way........It was a huge "STEP DOWN " from what they had. No doubt he paid for it by selling pictures of Daniel, the live birth of Dannilynn, the fake ceremony pictures, Anna getting CPR while lying dead on a gurney, and God knows what else. Talk about living in a place paid for with " blood money " This guy will have demons haunting him for the rest of his life. He's going to get EXACTLY what is coming to him. I for one........CAN'T WAIT. !!!

Anyone can see that the methadone in the fridge pic is doctored...if anyone doubts it look at the pic...it looks like a small bottle "inside" (thats the only way i can describe it) the side of the bottle is flat, the front is rounded, Also the bottle has 2 upc codes....come on people...its fake. D**khead and his friends and family aka the mob, are doing everything that they can to destroy Anna's names, and destroy everybody that was close to her. They broke into her house and stole her stuff before her body had a chance to get cold. They stole this pic and tried to make it into something that it is not, and now this mans reputation may be ruined. The Shellys and the Thompson are ignorant, inbred, hillbillys.... Howard ..Keep fighting these low lifes. Dont let them anywhere near YOUR baby.

I guess you haven't heard that in the Bahamas if a child is ' BORN OUT OF WEDLOCK " that the LAW doesn't acknowledge the father's name on the birth certificate, just because it's on there. HKS isn't quite as shifty as he thought himself to be. He should have researched " Bahamain laws " a little more thouroughly. This is a huge plus for Larry to finially get what was rightfully his to begin with. I would love to hear what you have to say now. You put others down for blogging without being " informed " and you just did the same thing.

82. How could the new house (New Beginings) be considered Howards? I thought his parent supported him. If he used Annas money to finalize the deal then isnt the house the Danilynnes? I mean he says he bought and signed for the plots in the name of Anna with her money and consent, so how does it turn around to be HIS house in the end? Are the plots his too?!

have had another supply, I guess he was covering his butt, when he or

- As an OFFICER OF THE COURT, can he refuse to follow the judge's order to appear in court tomorrow?
- If he does not appear, can he be held in contempt of court?
- If he is held in contempt of court, what action will the California Bar take?

Nope, Sterns family is working class...not a family of great means at all. He was going to pay them back when Anna won her big suit against her husbands family. He's a leach..period. How embarrassing, a man of that age, with his eduction...One client? Paleeeese....He had NO life,. Where are his friends? His girlfriends? His business associates? Any body out there?

Even Howard's sister's rep, who practiced law in the same office said it was unfortunate. Stating when a lawyer involves himself with a client he and they lose objectivity and it's never good. He stated Stern only had ONE client and it was Anna. Unethical and Pathetic...

Why did it take Howard's, oh so close family five months to see Dannielyn, is what I'd like to know? What right have they to criticize Anna's family for not seeing the baby , when it is clear why Anna's family wasn't welcome...

Pathetic.....I do fear for this baby.....

85. I agree that TMZ should be sued BIG TIME for publishing illegal, stolen property. Shane Gibson did nothing wrong, and he posed in a "cropped photo" taken admittedly by Howard K. Stern at their party. Now, is TMZ happy? Due to the tabloids, they have ruined this man's career. It is despicable. I am not writing any more notes on this board. I believe that most of the people on this board have some serious problems. Jumping to WILD conclusions, gleefully hoping that Mr. Stern will be slaughtered as if they were spectators at a gladiator match during Roman times. Saying the horrid things I've heard on this website is nothing less than beneath contempt. Not waiting for evidence, ruining lives, jumping to all sorts of conclusions (including that Larry Birkhead & Anna Nicole's mother are somehow as holy as GOD) is shocking to me.

Shane Gibson suffered, as other people have, as a result of tabloid sensationalism. TMZ is only interested in selling their garbage. I am sick of it. This is beneath me. No more wasting my time on this holiday, or any other day! You people (most of you) are incorrigible!!

90. If HKS does not appear tomorrow he will ONLY lose his opportunity to state what Anna Nicole wanted. Period. - If he does come, he is open to cross examination by the baby's advocate and the atty for Vergie. That could be very ugly.... and detrimental to HKS position. I say he will not show up.

The photos of the drugs in the refrigerator have been authenticated and the person who took them - Ford Shelly - admitted to taking them. Also, the prescription written by the CA doc was for Methadone, the same size bottle as shown. The atty of HJKS did not argue about the drugs; he only stated that the Slim Fast was planted.
