91. I CANNOT BELIEVE ALL THE HPYPOCRITES CRITICIZING AND COMPLAINING ABOUT TMZ REPORTING PRACTICES.

They are " trail blazers " and " pioneers " in the field of Internet Tabloid / Celebrity reporting. Well respected and Looked up to ......they continue to be 1st to obtain the latest breaking stories. They did nothing illegal by publishing those pictures. Just because you don't like what you see doesn't make it " a lie " Everyone coming on this website has " gobbled up " everything they have been reporting. Then the second you read or see something that you don't agree with........you challange their ethics. Shame on all of you.

If you don't like what TMZ has to report .........go visit perezhilton.com where you can converse with all the other IDIOTS that go that site. This is a resepctable site and TMZ checks and rechecks it's : SOURCES " before they publish their stories or photographs. DO YOU THINK Larry King , Nancy Grace, Greta and the rest of these cable news networks would condone this and cover it on their shows if it wasn't varified for " authenticity " 1st. ???? Come on ..... use a little common sense here. Harvy is a lawyer. DAHHHH......

He knows the consequences of publishing false or doctored pictures. Let's get a reality check here. I always log on to TMZ to find out the most current updates on the stories that are HOT in the press. They must be doing something right. THEY HAVE A NEW SHOW COMING OUT BASED ON THEIR WEBSITE. It will be up against such shows as ET the Insider and Extra. You don't get something like that if you are not forth right and factual about the things you are reporting about.

93. Post no. 17 Wise Old Owl, HKS has finialized the sale on a house he just bought in the Bahamas. He is now the proud owner of a home worth over $500,000 . The requirement needed to be "CONSIDERED" as possibily obtaining "permenant residentcy " BUT, it is my no means.......a given.

95. Ford Shelly & G. Ben Thompson owned the house that freeloading squatters lived in.
IF ANS truly owned that house why did they buy the pink one w/ the stripper pole & boat dock?
They KNEW they didn't own that house!

I applaud the true owners going in & getting evidence that hopefully puts all involved in Daniel & Anna's death where they belong...behind bars.
Damn, I just wish they had stole a dirty diaper or swabbed that babies mouth for some DNA testing!

96. Ford Shelly is an idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't believe a thing that comes out of his mouth. He first says Anna is like family to him..........then he turns around and takes a picture of her fridge with Methadone in it...........NICE MOVE ASSHOLE!
I'm pretty sure that would be the last thing I would do to a friend is invade their privacy, and take things from the house............he only turned those in, because he knew he'd get busted ! JACK ASS!

97. Wise old Owl, i dont know why the rest of my comment didnt show up, but i meant to say how can this be (Owning the new house) if Sterns parents supported him. He would be paying off the house with Annas money so the house would then go to Dannilynn....no??

I mean he says he bought and signed for the plots in the name of Anna with her money and consent, so how does it turn around to be HIS house in the end? Are the plots his too?!

In addition anyone know what is the status of those off-shore accounts they were setting up in December? Where are they and who has access to them?

98. Anna Nicole spent two weeks alone with Mrs. Shelly at her N.C. home while they planned the move to the Bahamas - THEY HAVE SAID OVER & OVER THEY WORKED WITH ANNA & HOWARD - they were helping him as well.

Every credible, well known attorneys who we all know from Court TV and all the different TV interview on network & cable TV - they all say it is unethical for your attorney to be your boyfriend and represent you in all your affairs. They feel you can not represent your client to the best your ability when you have a personal interest in it.

To those who defend HKS, I don't understand why you are not as considerate about Anna Nicole and the care he did not give her. He had to find other men - rich men to take care of them.

99. That Shelley creep is WORSE than HKS could ever think of being. He and Thompson stabbed ANS repeatedly while she was alive and in death. I hope he gets hit with all kinds of lawsuits. 100. METHADONE was found in Danny when his autopsy was performed.

We don't know if METHADONE was in Anna's system or not. The final autopsy reports are not complete or known yet.

I heard Shelly on live TV say 'the house was not ramsacked when they went there to have the locks changed"

I've heard Anna Nicole Smith admit to taking METHADONE in older TV interview which has nothing to do with TMZ.

I heard Shelly say "everyone is saying Anna died of Methadone & I wanted to prove I saw METHADONE in her refrigerator" Shelly wasn't taking into consideration that Anna may have had another supply of METHADONE...people who adore & love drug addicts tend to defend them.

We don't know if he is telling the truth or not, but he would be pretty stupid to go on national TV & lie.

If anything they might be sorry they helped Anna move to the Bahamas considering Danny & Nicole both died within months IN THE BAHAMAS.

How can anyone deny these facts????? Why didn't they all (HKS, body guards, etc.,) call 911 first??????

I wouldn't be surprised if HKS is posting the nasty comments about TMZ & Ben & his son-in-law. What other reason could there be to defend HKS without knowing all the facts?

101. Howard K Stern will not be found guilty of anything and will
not be deported. The US has NO jurisdiction over Dannilynn because a
birth certificate has never been filed in the US. Stern is the father
because the mother said so. Period !!

But officials have pooh-poohed the complaints. "As long as all the forms are filled out correctly and all of the requirements are met??as quickly as we can verify it we would be processing these applications," the country's Labour minister, Shane Gibson, told the Bahama Journal in defense of the turn-around.

"We don't want to simply hold on the applications just to say it's going to take six months. If we finish the process within a week, why can't we grant the permanent residency? Why should we just make the person wait?"

103. Lynda : That house was bought and paid for with Anna's $$ of course. But HKS felt he was entitled to everything she posessed. He knew that with Daniel out of the way and Anna's will stating that he was the "executor " it would only be a matter of time before he could take possesion of the house and anything else that was hers as well. Including her baby. I am sure he was planning to use her as his " next cash cow "

He is nothing but a greedy opportunist just lying in wait for the perfect moment to " pounce ". The only person standing in his way now to get EVERYTHING is Dannilynn. That's why it is so important to get her out of his custody NOW. He knows he isn't the father and she has become a " liability " for him.

I hope I don't have to read about her dying suspisiously from complications due to drug use " iwhile she was developing.". I truly fear for that babies life. Since it is common knowledge that Anna left all legal affairs to HKS......he made sure he was in control of everything. Including any off shore bank accounts and " hidden monies " Believe you .me . He knew exactly what he was doing.

104. Where's Howie getting all this money all of a sudden? He probably robbed Anna Nicole blind while she was alive. Perhaps that's why he kept her drugged up.

He didn't have his own pot to pi$$ in when she was alive, and now HE'S buying half a million dollar homes. And don't say it's because he's executor. He was NAMED executor of a questionable will, but the court hasn't approved it yet. And has it even been filed yet, or was it produced just because the judge ordered them to?
