All Rise!!! Judge Seidlin Says He's Ready for TV

Composite of Judge Siedlin and other TV judges TMZ has learned Judge Larry Seidlin's dream is to become a judge on a TV courtroom show.

The endlessly entertaining Florida judge who is hearing the Anna Nicole case has had a TV show on the brain for months. Sources say Judge Seidlin has even made a demo tape of cases that were recorded in his courtroom.

Judge Seidlin, whose name is extremely similar to Judge Judy Sheindlin, graduated from night law school in New York. Seidlin was a taxi driver who worked his way through school. At 28, he was the youngest judge ever to be elected in Broward County. The 56-year-old judge is married with a young daughter.

When I first looked at these court proceedings I thought of the OJ Simpson trial, in particular, Judge Ito - and now this - unbelievable - I think another judge, who doesn't revel in the limelight (is that possible) should be assigned to this case - perhaps not televising this would discourage this and focus attention on the matters on hand - most importantly - the welfare of that child - Who is caring for this baby in the meantime and I am assuming she has had a complete check up to determine if any medical attention is needed.

18. I hate this judge..

I'm a former judge and his conduct is so contrary to the Rules of evidence.

no rhyme or reason for his rulings. He is going to get voted out.

the accent is so grating.

19. The Judge has already made up his mind.

He is only going through a hearing because it is required. That's why he is saying that he wants to move along.

My impression is that he is going to rule against HKS. Also, I think he is trying to buy time for the DNA results to come in about Birkhead.

Florida Law states that if a minor has a guardian, that the guardian can take custody of the decendent.

20. This judge needs to be disbarred! His ethics are questionable. Maybe he can take over as host of the Jerry Springer show. Bury Anna next to her son!

21. None of these people seem competent to me. Not the lawyers, especially Stern's. But especially the judge. Is there someone who eversees these matters who can call the judge on his poor rulings and seemingly camera loving manner?

22. This judge is digusting. Based on what I've seen, his behavior is very disrespectful to the bench. He seems much more interested in making jokes and calling one of the attorneys "Texas" than he is in truly getting things moving along. He is making light of an issue that deserves much better. Despicable!

24. What is so difficult about this? Bury her next to her son!!!!! Get her selfish mother a ticket home and do a freaking paternity test before one more person comes forward to claim that poor girl!!!!! OMG Where is the tylenol?

29. This court room action is so disrespectful. Even though I think Howard is a scuz, here he sits under oath to talk about the love of his life being gone less than 2 weeks and all the attorneys are giggling, shouting, and there seems to be no rules. It's a free for all circus. Poor Anna.

30. This judge makes a sad situation even more painful. His behavior is unprofressional. I was hoping Anna's memory could get some dignity in death in this courtroom, but this judge is there for the cameras, it seems. Very sad.
