76. I was in this man's courtroom once for a trial ( as an interested party)heard everthing that was said, thought he was a fool at the start. So far he seems to be conducting himself in the same manner he did at that time. In the end after all the chit chat from everyone under the sun and moon. He got it RIGHT ON THE NOSE. He is big time interested in children and their rights. We may be in for some suprises in this case. YEP! Ca. is not relinquising paternity rights But, judge showboat can also order paternity testing for determination in this case.

You are right. 100%. TMZ has jumped on this "case" from Day One and used Howard K. to their advantage. There were foolish people who followed right along with TMZ's attention-grubbing agenda and, ultimately, helped push Anna to her limit.

Larry Birkhead, for all his protests about how he is not out for money, blah, blah, blah, and Debra Opri's righteous claims that she is only looking out for THE BABY are worthless in the face of this tragedy, i.e., that said baby has lost her mother by way of this persecution campaign.

They are a tasteless lot of people - all of them - even the "friend," Jackie Hatten who has her mug on every news channel. If she were a real friend, she'd defer to Anna's wishes and treat Howard as Anna would have liked.

78. Regardless of my having patience and thinking let Team Stern hang themselves, I just read on CNN's Legal page that they felt the judge already ruled in Sterns favor in regards to ANS body.

I like the judge as I said, but I agree this is no time for him to be auditioning to be the next TV Star Court Judge....get on with it...

Did anyone notice he never ordered Stern to submit to the DNA test? I was shocked at that!

79. Hey y'all...NEWS FLASH!!! This judge isn't REALLY a judge! It's all just another reality SHOW. REALLY! The producers hired Fonzie to play the role of the judge! Yup...a little older, and a little less hair...but it's Fonzie...I know it is! Oh, and the "SHOW" is called "UN-HAPPY DAYS!" Am I making a joke here? Yes...But not as much of a joke as this so-called "judge" is making out of this VERY serious and VERY sad "hearing," (term used loosely...) Where did they find this guy...The Jerry Springer Show?

80. How about we don't stop at the paternity test? I say we test HKS for a conscience, his attorney for statutes written on her hand, the judge for an actual legal degree and I bet under that bench is a book entitled: 'how to turn a sad hearing into a laugh fest that gets you your own tv show'. And me for why am I so freaking fixated on this tragic cast of characters? Guess it makes my life seems sooooooo much better!

He is NOT on HKS side.

HKS was trying to gain sympathy? right. But EVERYTHINNG he was saying was about Anna Nicole was that she isn't competent. I mean, she tried to climb into the coffin with him. A competent person doesn't do this.

The Judge is letting HKS dig his own grave (no pun intended).
Then the damning videos where Anna says she hated her Mom are given less credence because Anna isn't competent.

Then when all the other attorneys get to cross examine HKS they will tear HKS to shreds.

Trust me on this; I don't know the Judge or anything, but he IS NOT on HKS side.

84. This so called judge is a complete self absorbed narcissis. What a grand standing bafoon. Is he right off the set of The Soprano's? Who the hell cares if he jogged 4 miles today? He has an agenda to keep his face on the TV as long as possible, and spin off his own show....FAT CHANCE YOUR HONOR. Can he at the least get Birkheads name right...and Dannylynn not Daniellynn. 88. Hilarious. Most of you people are wanabe sleuths and psychic's who already have all aspects of the ANS case solved. You have pronounced HKS a murderer and even call for his death. You're posting Bahamian email addresses and websites and calling for boycotts, harassing plea's to officials, yada yada..
You have Anna's mother charaterized as evil incarnated. Larry as a saintly knight in shining armor, the father beyond all doubt. (right lol). Even if he is, he's unfit to be a parent. (as was pointed out earlier by someone with a calm and rational viewpoint).

You people are really amusing. I suggest you gather here on a regular basis.........and stay here.......for the world is rather at risk with your types just roaming around anywhere. lol
