He has already said he spoke to several of his friends of the state supreme court. Sorry, I was impressed when he had Stern write her name down so that no one in the room would forget who is the most important, the baby.
He also said he wants her to grow up and have a good, balanced, non-dysfunctional home. To me, this judge is not going to put up with any B.S. from the barage of lawyers in that room. DannieLynn is the most important.
Get Anna buried with the most respect, (she was a Mother).
Find out thru DNA who the Dad is & let's get on with it.

I will tell you, I was watching CourtTV a few minutes ago, and Ashleigh Banfield had that jerk Rusty Hardin on via phone. They were laughing it up like it was somone's Birthday. When Ashleigh asked Rusty how he felt about the outcome in Florida, He said, "I don't care" Nice, huh
His name is Rusty Hardin, he is on the Marshall's payroll. His office is located in downtown Houston. When I saw those two laughing it up.
I thought, "Thank God, I'm not an attorney" i would like to sleep at night.

93. I am so disgusted that Larry is involved now with the mom who anna hated. That is called pot scum. He is lower than the lowest form of life and does not deserve to be the father of any child.

Larry you say things but you used Anna for your own worth. She figured you out and what revenge you are getting on her. So is her mother - she told national television that she hated her mom and now the mom gets even with her. She is probably going to dump the body in some swamp.

The only one in the entire mess is the only one trying to do as Anna wishes - that is Howard. All the other parties are going 100% opposite to what anna wanted.

I hope all of you people realize that this could happen to you. I even had a conversation with my mom a few years ago when shivo died. I do not want to be embalmed and in the ground. I want to be turned into ashes and let over the ocean. My mother who I love more than anything told me that she can do what she wants and does not like that idea.

My own mother told me even if I had it in my will that she would make the decision and it would not to let me be cremated.

Again, I love my mom but who is she not to honor my wishes. I am not under 18 and support myself. Now after the shivo case and after anna's case I worry even more.

Anna told live televison she hated that woman so Virgie (what a freakn name) has a lot of balls to do what she is doing. She should respect her daughter if she truly loved her daughter she would leave the woman to the bahamas.

The two devils have gotten together and I knew they would. I would say they have been working together long before Anna died. I hope virgie and larry both have miserable lives.

95. I hope all gets settled ASAP for the Family/Friends sake. May Anna & Daniel finally rest in peace. I am curious though; thru all the media / interviews / pulling up "ghosts" from her pasts...where is "KIMMIE" her friend/asst from her reality show?? Seems like she would person w/ith much to say about all the key players? Just curious...maybe I missed her interview - DOUBT it; everything is played over & over. Thanks TMZ for checking into "KIMMIE" from her show.

Reguardless of who's side you are on, this judge is a complete flake.

Is anyone else annoyed with all the jokes and laughing in the court room?

Also, on more than one occasion, an attorney has hinted at the judges stupidity, and he hasn't caught onto it. What a moron.

97. #88 - remember EVERYONE here is using Anna for their own purposes. HKS, for reasons stated in this blog, the lawyers and this judge - trying to get his own tv show. I bet he wet his pants when he found out he was assigned to this trial. It's just an opportunity to him. His jokes and laughter at this hearing makes my stomach turn.
I'm not sure what Larry is getting out of this so I haven't really followed these people. Other than the baby (if he's the father) he probably won't get money. The resounding opinion from those who know seem to think the estate will go into a trust for the baby. He'll get minimal.
The mom? Who knows what her story is. Seems to me she wanted Anna to be off drugs and Anna resented her interference. Probably what any mom would do - everything they could to keep their child alive. No one said she was perfect and from the little I've seen, I don't have a good impression of her either, but nothing concrete as to why she would be so terrible to her daughter. However, her daughter's wishes to be near her son in death should be viable. Anna's gone. It's just a body and it doesn't matter anymore. Just bury her next to her son and leave it alone.

99. OK I changed my mind! I defended the judge initially after Friday, however...he just stated at this time he is NOT ordering STERN to take a DNA test, although he rambles and wastes time about stating the most improtant person in the case is Dannilynne.

I am deeply saddened and disheartened by this fiasco, I trusted justice would be done, but I dont see any justice...all I see if a judge who loves to hear himself talk.

102. this judge sounds like he is on " DRUGS" . He needs to get 2 the point, and leave it at that . He Babbles alot and talks to much. He has no control over anything. He just wants to waste everyones time and be on t.v. They need to replace him right now.

105. The judge can't rule on DNA just because he wants to. He can only rule on the case in front of him, not anything else.
