Britney Back in Rehab

Update: TMZ has learned that Britney has checked into Promises, a treatment facility in Malibu.

TMZ has learned Britney Spears is back in rehab. Sources say the singer has checked into an in-patient facility in Los Angeles. We're told the move came after family members, including her mom, pressed her to check in.

Spears entered the facility today. After TMZ posted the news, a rep for the singer told PEOPLE "Britney Spears has voluntarily checked herself into an undisclosed rehab facility today. We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time."

Last week, Spears checked herself into a rehab facility in Antigua but checked out less than 24 hours later.

31. I think she's just confused... She needs a good therapist, not rehab. Too many people think rehab will cure everything these days.

32. Therapy is only good for the person who admits there is a problem. It does not do any good for her parents and friends to push her in there. First step is to admit there is a problem. Hope she finally went there on her own accord!

37. Brit.... you should not have cheated on Justin. Your life would have been happy and you would have his babies instead. It is what it is..... Brit. Just get well, and maybe you will get you Prince ( Justin) back.

40. Well, I hope for her sake that she sees this through, not only for herself but for her sons. While I don't care for her music or her personality, for that matter, I do care about mankind and do hope that she finds a way out of the dark place she's in and doesn't fall victim to her celebrity.

42. I also think she might have shaved her head, just in case a Judge ordered a drug screening. Drugs deposit in your hair! If she doesn't have any hair, there is no drugs! Child Custody cases can be a bitch.

44. This girls drastically needs help. Lets hope she stays in there for longer than one day. I am beginning to wonder if K-Fed shouldn't get custody of those kids. I am not saying that he is the perfect dad, but look at her lately. She NEVER has those kids anymore. She almost misses a flight back to her kids, but yet when the plane lands, she probably didn't even see the kids and she went straight to the beauty parlor to cut off her hair. My thinking is that she is afraid of a drug test (which they would use her hair for), so she goes and gets it all cut off. For a girl who couldn't wait to have those kids, wouldn't you think SHE would raise them and not a nanny. This girl has completely lost control of her life and frankly, doesn't deserve those beautiful kids.
