The Initials at the bottom of each page don't match, especially when you look at Anna's signature on page 13 & the last page 15. Who knows if Anna even read this will, or could understand it.

34. Someone needs to get a hold of Kimmy Walther, Anna's Ex Assistant, who also signed the will, and see if this is what she remembers seeing, reading, and signing off on as a witness.

With Daniel dead, it would leave Howard with TOTAL control over Anna's Estate, because she "OMITTED any other FAMILY".
Hmmmmm very Interesting. I think page 13 of Will was added by Howard without Anna even knowing!

P.S..... Howard K. Smith insults our intelligence, by wanting us to believe that he has never made a "Dime" from Anna, but Anna was his "ONLY" client. I want to see Howard's parents bank records,showing support for his apartment, car, etc., if in fact his parents were supporting Howard for 10 years!!!

35. The Judge is great they could not have a better Judge. I loved how he very quickly asked HKS when he and Anna became intimate. I love all the questions he asks. He is great!

38. i think everyone should just step the fuck off and leave them all alone.. Larry Birkhead's lawyer is a wacko herself.... Yes it sure would be funny if the baby is not larry's or Howard's. Anna's mother is a nutso and shouldn't even be able to take part in any of this.. They are all money hungry assholes.. They are just seeing dollar signs.. 39. Daniel was like a brother to HKS? How? If HKS was Anna's boyfriend, wouldnt Daniel have been like his son, not brother? This asshole must not understand the creepiness of his own testimony. Plus, I dont think Anna would have been sexual with HKS ever, no matter how stoned she was. This guy is a loser and it is harder to find any human quality in him as the minutes pass.

41. I agree with #24, I sure hope that baby is Howard's. He doesn't have to imply she was a slut, she WAS a slut, but that doesn't mean they didn't have a loving relationship. Open relationships are not all that unusual, although I doubt he was seeing someone else. He seems to me like he really loved her and was willing to tolerate her issues including her infidelity because he couldn't stand not to be with her. I hope the baby is his and he is exonerated of any wrongdoing. Larry Birkhead is the one who gives off the "sleaze" vibe to me.
