46. What a liar. Several other folks said it... Money was his whole world. If he really was the father and had no doubt he'd just do the dna test and get it over with. He just doesn't want to lose the money he'd get if he walked away with that little girl. He stuttered there a bit when he started describing his relationship with Anna. Best friend? Lover? Whole world? Paycheck.

Given all the options, Larry seems to be the most stable of all parties involved. And after seeing that video of her drugged up and him saying that the video would be worth money. He knew exactly what he was doing. Scumbag. I really feel bad for that baby girl.

47. Opri should be kicked out of the courtroom, and the judge should be RECUSED. I don't know how Anna's friends can stand watching this charade. And, other attorneys can't believe how this judge is acting way out of his jurisdiction. What a selfish man, thinking only of his own fame and fortune and possibly a Court TV judge-to-be. He is disgraceful.

I would like Howard's attorney to RECUSE THIS JUDGE. He has become too "sensational" for my taste, and his behavior is comtemptible.

Plus, what the hey is LB doing in the courtroom. He is not germane to the proceedings. I don't think Stern has a chance in hell with all this sensationalism and evil enemies flying around him. Noone is listening to the real people surrounding him, noone. This proves that the TV should not be in the room at all.

48. Howard K. Stern was the only one who loved Anna Nicole besides Daniel. The others are all vultures she wanted nothing to do with! Once her mother and previous lovers realized there was money to be inherited they have all come out of the woodwork..but will not get a cent! Her wishes to be buried next to her son must be honored. She was very clear about her wishes and no one has a right to suggest the courts go against her specific requests. No one killed ANS except herself with her abuse, stupidity and careless lifestyle. Don't go blaming others. People must take responsibility for their own actions.

49. I think Daniel wanted his mom to dump/leave HKS thats why he got killed, he knew that anna would listen to her sons objections on having him around, so he got rid of the boy, plain and simple.
Now in his lawyer brain he probably figured he doesn't need anna to get to her money, or maybe the just the baby would make it easier. innocent babies make for more sympathetic jurors.
The man is a killer with a plan, and so far he is wining.

50. Howard K Stern's body language is odd. He rarely looks up as he responds to questions. Don't people who are telling the truth, make eye contact? It's as if he's trying to hide something (which I think he's hiding a lot!). He's very suspect.

I am very disappointed that the Judge *is not* going to make HKS take a DNA test. It would make sense as it would help the Judge in his decision making and it would put to rest who the father is.....for the baby's sake.

52. I truly feel Howard loved Anna . He appears to be upset and feeling the loss of a good friend. Anna made her own dicisions and obvioulsly.. not so good ones but as much as I love Anna.. It's her own fault for not updating or revising her will.. Being honest and naming the father would have eliminated all this drama that is going one right now. It's funny how people are slamming Howard for all this when she was making her own decisions. Anna and Howard have been friends forever.. there is no doubt in my mind that he is certainly lost without her.. Yes, she had money and perhaps he was living off it but she needed him as much as he needed her. I hope she will soon rest beside her beloved son and as far as her mom.... Anna CHOSE no to have contact with them for a reason.. For her to fly to Florida and demand her daughter back to the town she wanted to get out of and away from her son is just awful. It's funny how money can make such a huge difference in situations..

What is wrong with all of you.....I can somewhat understand why you are believing the things you are believing (media poisoning), but Anna has said many times of the years that HOWARD K STERN was her very best friend in the world and that he was always there for her. You all are automatically assuming that he was only with her for her money and yet you know NOTHING about him or his upbringing and moral background. Maybe you are just Jew haters....but the bottom line is that even though Howard may not have been the love of her life, he did love her and was there for her more than ANYONE else. I highly doubt that Howard Stern controlled Anna Nicole Smith....I'm sure she wore the pants.
Also, I too believe that most likely Howard Stern is not the biological father of Dannilynn, but I guarantee that ANNA wanted Howard to claim that he was because SHE WANTED to be with HIM!!! I am not saying that is right, but Anna wanted Howard to be on the birth certificate...give me a break!!! All of you who loved ANS should be on Howard's side... I truly hope that HKS is the biological father (I know it's doubtful) but I hope that Anna gets her wish....For Dannilynn to have the family that Anna never had. Anna would be devastated if she knew that her body or her baby were ever given to her mother.

54. Oh my gosh I'm so sick of people! Howard truly did love Anna, and how would you all know that he didn't? Were you with her for a over a decade? Nope. You just go by what you see. He has been with her every single step. Every single interview, every single photoshoot, movie, appearance, who was right by her? HOWARD!!!! And 95% of the time Daniel would be there when he could, they had to make him go to school, because he was at the trials, during the battle of Marshall's estate.
You can't tell me that's not love.


Howard wouldn't benefit from killing Daniel, because she made that will back in 01, why not kill him them? Why kill Anna now? He could've killed her a long time ago, you see how you guys aren't making any sense? Besides he already had his millions. Another thing, people change. I'm sure he was already in love with Anna, but it was Anna that saw him in a different light. Just because she said she wasn't attractive to him in 2000, doesn't mean she wasn't attractive to him in 2005. You people don't know the insides of their relationship. You act like people can't change, that people actually really love each other, and it's not about the money. You should open your minds, and really look at the situation, and stop judging by what you hear, because all of it is hearsay, and ya'll are just bandwagon haters, not knowing the details.

Oh and another thing, how can you look someone in the eye, when you're still grieving and all the stress and crap that's on your shoulders? If I talked to Howard and he didn't look at me, I would understand, he's probably holding his head down to quit from crying, people with real emotions do that, I know have.

59. Please arrest HKS now for Daniel and Anna' s death. He is such a scum bag! The law says that Anna's mother has the right to bury her, so let her take her to Texas. Tell me how would you feel if you couldn't put your child at rest? I think Vergie has always tried to do right by Anna, and Anna's choice was drugs, so she pushed the people who really loved her away( That's what drug addict do!!!!). I bet you Vergie will have Daniel moved to Texas too, so they can be buried together. Hopefully she will get custody of that poor baby, so that HKS does not explot her too.

60. Candace and Cathy: I completely agree with your posting. Howard K. Smith is the ONLY one (beside Daniel) who loved ANS and stood by her side through it all. ANS's mother and Larry Birkhead were not a part of her life and were not with her through all her trials and tribulations. Those of you wondering why Howard Stern is not looking at the judge or camera haven't a clue what grief is. He is trying everything possible not to break down in tears. He not only lost ANS, the love of his life, but also Daniel who he was very close to. He also stands to lose his daughter if the DNA proves Birkhead is the one who impregnanted Anna. Once some of you go through heart wrenching grief by losing a loved one you will understand Howard K. Stern's demeanor throughout this ordeal. He is the ONLY one in the courtroom who is grief stricken...the others are acting as if they are at a social event..it's sickening!
