Howard: Anna Nicole "was my whole world."

61. This is so sad, this woman was beyond helping herself for quite some time, and the people around her stood there and watched her descend into madness and death.
The bottom line is that when you love a person, you do everything possible to save them. But everyone was afraid in her inner circle, the fear was that they would be cut off and out from her money. People have a better opportunity to take from someone who is in this condition.

ANS was a sad and pathic figure, but she was not loved by HKS. She traded in sex and fame to get what she wanted and this is what happens. She made her choices, choose her inner circle of friends, and in the end paid the ultimate price for herself, and her son . Hopefully someone will win the daughter and raise her in a different world than the one her mother lived in.

63. OK - whoever the "Concerned American citizen" is, needs to take another look at the picture they posted of Anna in the tub with her daughter. There is nothing to indicate that baby is underweight. I have two children, and can tell you that baby looks 100% healthy... and the moron that posted earlier that Anna is a pervert for taking a bath with her baby needs to give his/her head a shake. There is nothing perverted about bathing with your baby. If that makes one a pervert than 95% of new Mom's must be perverts...myself included. It's a beautiful thing. It's called bonding, and for those with eyes to truly see - Anna actually looks truly happy in that picture.

65. Please that man (HKS) showed no grief. He just playing out a role so that the bucks will role in for him later. He lived off his parents, and ANS. The only FEAR HKS has is that he will have to go to work to make his own money if he lost "Possession" of that baby.

66. Didn't Howard say that Anna entertained burying Daniel in Cali? Well that burial place is going to be backed up by the Shelly's and Birkhead and others. Guess Daniel will be moving soon. People will be enlightened by the testimony of some of the witnesses coming up if they are allowed to speak freely as Stern has been allowed to.

67. The whole thing is nothing but a circus, a disgrace to the memory of Anna. She died from a broken heart, she just couldn't accept Daniel's death. She should be buried next to him. Her mother and her 'best' friend only want their 15 mintues of fame. Her mother knows she would want and should be buried by her son. She must have wanted to stay around Howard since they had a commitment service a few weeks before she died.

69. There is not need to be too legal savvy to understand how Howard K. Stern, pushed himself closer and closer to this always drugged Anna and to her infant daughter to later claim the big bucks. Can anyone be so naïve as to think this man actions are loved filled? This man did all he could to isolate this woman more and more from other influences, even from friends and family. Why? I remember the face of this man on Larry King two days after her son died claiming to be dating anna and be the father of Dannielynn. What good timing to announce this after the sole heir-and he knew it- has just passed away. I had chilling of horror all over my spine. Nobody believes these two died by the hand of God without the help of human intervention. And whoever helped in this is there seated in the courtroom fighting for, and only for, the money. Poor little Dannyelinn on the hand of this blood and money sucking individual!

72. No he doesn't. Listen to the tape. He clearly said Daniel died on Sept. 10th and Danielynn was born on Sept. 7th. The judge has the correct info. You head it wrong.

I disagree with all of you , i think Anna had times when she's sobre and she can easily kick Howard of her life but she didn't which means that she cared for him and trusted him , especially with appointing him as the executer, i think he truely loved her and cared for her, yes there was money involved but he loved her and stood by her. If I was the judge I would give him the body to bury next to Daniel exactly as Anna wanted and proofed by bying more spots. I'm hoping that Howard is the father to prove to everyone that he is the one. Howard do the test and prove it to the world, if you don't then means you are not.

74. Howard is a liar and he appears to be under the influence of some drug because his eyes seem kind of glassy and he is flat with all his talking. Like he could care less about the whole situation. He doesn't even want to stay in Florida to be a part of this case because the judge said that they might need him tomorrow and he was like no I need to be with my baby which we all know is bullcrap!!! He can leave her to buy a yaht or boat he can stay as long as it takes. If they can prove that Anna Nicole did call her mother after Daniel died they can prove that Anna and her mother were talking. I think Howard should go away because he is NOT BLOOD AND MEANS NOTHING TO ANNA NICOLE OR DANIEL!

75. Howard's DNA is not at issue, and will neither prove nor disprove anything without the baby's DNA being tested. That's what Birkhead is attempting to compel, a DNA test on Dannielynn, NOT HOWARD. So everyone suggesting that HKS should be forced to give a DNA swab while in Florida, has no clue what they are talking about.
