76. I believe HKS was obsessed with ANS and when she was in her right mind he was nothing more then a lawyer so he got her addicted to drugs. He knew the contents of her will and DS was the sole heir so he did away with him and he knew DLS was the remainder heir so he had her put his name as father on the birth certificate so he would be in control of this innocent child while he squandered away ANS's millions. I believe he killed ANS and her son DS and now he will probably get away with her murder. Lawyers are just a bunch of money hungry vultures. I believe ANS should be buried in the Bahamas next to her beloved son and ANS's mother should be given the baby to raise with normal living expenses only and Little Dannilyn should get her inheritance when she turns 18. God Bless Anna Nicole Smith and Daniel Smith.

77. Let me just say..I don't know why it matters where she is buried. I believe Anna's mom makes the case that HKS is deceitful and controlling & lying about so many things, drove a wedge between her and her daughter & the family and that morally she should have the say and legally she is the only one with standing on the issue.
I say whatever satisfies is fine.
My husband's mother has had no relationship with him to speak of for nearly 30 years and hasn't uttered a word to him over the past 15 years, but if he passed tomorrow and she wanted his body to bury near the family, as long as my kids did not object, I would let her.

I had his heart.

If she needed to have a dead body to reach resolve in her own soul, I would do that.

78. howard stern is a money hungry stalker who kept anna nicole heavily drugged up because that was the only way she would be with that ugly guy. he has nothing. no home,no money and clearly anna liked rich men. soon he wont have a baby either because everyone knows its not his child and he is continuing to play this game with the babys future. he in the end will look like a fool, and its just a matter of time before hes kicked out of the mansion that he also doesnt own.

81. The thing that amazes me that most...if anyone loved/loves her...how can they even grant an interview one day, two days, or three weeks after a person you truly love dies. My Mom died last year...I loved her more than anything in the world. After we went through all of the pomp and circumstance that society makes us do...I went home...put a "do not disturb" sign on my door, unplugged my phone and mourned my lovely Mom...alone....crying....in denial...everything but getting my face on camera. I do blame the media for some of this...but I do blame heartless human beings who have no idea what true love is. If you lose someone you love...your mourn, quietly, and alone....not in front of a camera.

82. Howard was controlling and probably went insane when he found out anna was preggies with Birkheads baby . He saw all the " shared " millions going down the drain and went crazy . Daniel had to be killed for Howard to get any share of the money . Daniel was competing for the attention of anna . So sad for a young bright man to die this way . Howard is now struggling with his own drug addiction and trying to control anna's estate . No doubt the new will had howard getting nothing and that is why Howard destroyed it . Anna knew Howard did something to Daniel and drew up a new will leaving Howard nothing and giving control to someone else . A very sick man who still looks to get away with murder and breaking the law .

84. There is not need to be too legal savvy to understand how Howard K. Stern, pushed himself closer and closer to this always drugged Anna and to her infant daughter to later claim the big bucks. Can anyone be so naïve as to think this man actions are filled with love? This man did all he could to isolate this nice but somehow brainless woman more and more from other influences, even from friends and family. Why? I remember the face of this man on Larry King two days after her son died claiming to be the father of Dannielynn. What good timing to announce this after the sole heir of Anna , Daniel, had just passed away. What an irreal spectacle to see the contrived face of this man!. Nobody believes these two died by the hand of God without the help of human intervention. And whoever helped in this is there seated in the courtroom fighting for, and only for, the money. Poor little Dannyelinn on the hand of this blood and money sucking individual!

The only thing I can and will agree with, along with some of the posters who I for one, believe are blindy follwing the theory that HKS loved Anna Nicole and did not kille her and Daniel, is that I agree with some of this. I do believe however that HKS was infatuated and obssesed with Anna Nicole, I do believe that he also was in it for the long haul (money wise). I do ot think he intentionally killed Daniel and Anna but he supplied them with whatever drugs they wanted. HKS best interest would have been for Anna Nicole to stay alive at least long enough to legally marry him, so it does seem assinine to think he would give her enough drugs to OD on before they tied the knot.

HKS knows that he is NOT Dannilynn's father...PERIOD. If so like many posters have already stated, he would have submitted to a DNA test a long time ago, and would have been more than willing to do so in the US.

Another point of contention I have is to those who keep stating that they know for certain that Larry Birkhead and Virgie are both out only for the monetary aspect of all of tis... I beg to differ.

Like some have stated there are many mother/daughter, or parent/child relationships that break down for various reasons, no matter if it is the parent or child that is at fault or both, this stuff goes on every day in the world. Both parties stop speaking and say things they mean at the time, but sometimes regret later.

How was Virgie gonna force Anna to bury Daniel in the states, how was she going to force Anna to stop taking drugs? For those who say why didn't she go to Anna wherever she was and yada yada yada. Anna was a grown woman who had a lot more money than Virgie did, was she supposed to fly wherever she found Anna Nicole was staying and try to force her DRUG ADDICTED daughter to speak with and listen to her? Give me a break.

Larry Birkhead has a career so to say that he was after Anna for the money may or may not be true. Anna Nicole did not get any money yet from Marshall, she sold freaking c-section photos-video of Dannilynn's birth and all the pictures of her Daniel for a profit, so that goes to show she was pretty strapped for cash.

I don't think that a lot of the decisions Anna made while being on drugs would have been the same ones she may have chosen had she been of a sober mind. JUST MY HONEST OPINION, that hopefully I'm entitled too.

89. DANNY IS THE FATHER!!!! Danielynn is Anna's son Danny's daughter. Incest happens all the time!! It is TERRIBLE, but it DOES happen! That's why they both wanted NO DNA tests!!
