Howard K. -- The Heat is On

31. I sent an email to the Royal Bahamian Police also. It reads:

To Whom This May Concern,

I don't usually worry about the business of others in all honesty unless a child is perceived to be in harm's way. As a teacher it IS my duty to step in when I feel a child could be or would be harmed, neglected, or abused. I feel that Dannielynn is very much in need of an ally at this point in her all-too-young life. Please step in and assist her to find the person most suited to her needs, not most suited to her celebrity status and potential fortune. No matter how Anna felt about her mom, a grandmother is usually a kind and loving figure in a child's life, as would be the biological father no matter who that turns out to be. Please don't turn your back on this innocent child. No matter what kind of whirlwind surrounded Anna in life AND death, Dannielynn deserves a chance at a decent life, something which I truly believe eluded Daniel due to Anna's incompetent parenting and selfish lifestyle. Don't allow Howard K Stern to step in and have Dannielynn just because he was "there for" Anna- he was also there for a LOT of hard partying that damaged Daniel psychologically and he never once told her to stop what she was doing. I watched the train wreck that was Anna's reality show and I repeatedly said to myself, "that poor boy (meaning Daniel)" because Anna was such an unfit parent and there was no one to step in and help him find a good, clean life- including Howard K Stern. Don't let the same fate play out with Dannielynn, I beg of you.

You all know what Larry Birkheads attorney was doing, when she said if the ET Tapes come in, then she also has some tapes to show, and I guarentee that they will be of STONED Anna 8 months pregnant with Stern asking her if she is on mushrooms and telling her that they could make a lot of money with the video. Why was his attorney fighting the DNA sample this morning? it's so obivious that he is not the father, and lastly even though HE is requesting that she be buried with Daniel, I agree with HIM, THOSE WERE her wishes. think her Mother who is legally the next of kin, should be the one that gets her body, but she would take Anna's body back to Texas, purely out of Spite, and that is so sad, If that were my Child she would of already been buried right next to her CHILD!!!!!

33. I think that all of you need to wait for the courts to decide who to prosecute. For any of you to send an email to the Bahamian Police Force is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. None of you know these people. None of you even cared about these people until the media started talking shit about them. All of you focus on how supposedly horrible Howard K Stern is because that is what the media says. If the media was saying that Larry Birkhead was horrible, you would be right there with them. The truth is that Howard had been there for Anna for years and Larry came along to grab his 15 minutes. All of you need to stop trying to have this poor little baby taken from the only father she has ever known. Think about it for a minute. How good can it be for a little baby who can not understand any of this to be taken from the people who have raised her. Nothing has shown that she is not being taken care of other than statements from people who want their 15 minutes also. If these people had really cared about the baby they would have gone to the authorities while the baby was alive. They are only coming forward now because they want their faces in the media.

35. Keep in mind the timing of this video ... Anna was 8 months pregnant, before Daniel died and before Howard claimed paternity of Dannielynn.

Sounds like "Riley" was worried, because she told HKS that Anna was "out of her mind." What was his reaction? ... he grabbed a video camera!?!? I think Howard taped this incident in case he needed it later (to control Anna, or for blackmail) ... not knowing that in a couple of months he was going to claim paternity of that child.

Remember that Anna named HKS as Daniel's legal guardian in the event of her death. It was only after Daniel died (and Dannielynn became the heir to Anna's estate) that Howard claimed paternity of Dannielynn.

How many people would see a pregnant woman that drugged-out and not be concerned? Especially if she is carrying YOUR baby! Howard was not acting concerned in the least.

For people "this is only one minute out of an hour's worth of footage," it's still damning. Regardless of the context in which it was taken, Howard was laughing at a pregnant drugged-out Anna. I'd like to see videotape of him acting like he is really worried about her health and well-being ... but I doubt such footage exists.

39. birkhead, it is appalling that you would intentionally delay the burial of anna and have her remains decay in a refridgerator at the morgue. get off the conspiracy trip, no one is switching bodies or babies or dna. there were no grounds for that. you think you are the father of danneilynn, go file also in the bahamas for paternity, i would file anywhere i had to if it were me, of course i would never let someones remains decay in a fridge for my own selfishness either. anna should be burried by her son, that is who she was closest to. any mother would want to be burried where her child is.

40. Interesting how Howard told the judge he wants get back to the Bahama's to his baby girl by tomorrow. But he could leave the baby in the Bahama's for 5 days TO BUY A BOAT. The judge said, 'well, we will just have to see about that'.

She appears to have a "normal" net to catch her with Larry Birkhead. Then again, we had faith in the system with OJ Simpsons children going to the right people with the Browns. Such a sad, sad saga all around. Let's hope the Florida justice system has it's head screwed on tighter than California's, and finally get this little girl's life in a right track before real, real damage happens to her.

42. Stop Blaming Howard. I love Anna Nicole but she was her own Boss. A c -section birth is very painful..She needed a lot of pain meds for that alone. There is not going to be ANY money from the X husband..Never will be..Anna was in court 13 years Go figure. The Marshall Family will never give her Estate a dime or the baby girl ..Howard was around because he loved her and the Life...He kept her alive .She would have od ed a long time ago accidently..

ASP Sands, Officer-in-Charge of the Community Relations Section, says the Royal Bahamas Police Force will continue to play a major role in the reduction of the incidences of domestic violence by continuing its education and awareness campaign throughout The Bahamas.ASP Sands says the Domestic Violence Hotline recently established by the Royal Bahamas Police Force through the Community Relations Section, is an attempt to provide both victims and perpetrators of abuse with a lifeline before those conflicts escalate into violence.
The toll free number -- 323-0884 -- will not replace the existing Emergency 919 number, but will give police an opportunity to intervene in potentially violent situations before they occur.
ASP Sands says that police officials have found that “power and control” are two of the major reasons batterers inflict harm on their victims. She said domestic violence and abuse, however, are not just limited to physical harm, but could also be in the form of emotional, verbal or financial abuse and that domestic violence “knows no boundaries.”

“We have found that most of the perpetrators want to be in total control of the victim. They want to know the victims every movement; they want to be the one to deal with the finances and they use violence and verbal abuse to degrade the victim so that they (the victim) don’t even have the desire to make a change or do something that could help the victim take control of their day-to-day activities,” ASP Sands says.

45. Did you just hear??? No one knows where the original copy of the will is. They only have a copy!! Seidlin asked Barf where the original was and she hemmed and hawed and states no one knows where it is... Allright!!

You cannot admit a copy will in a Probate Court. But of course, Probate of it is happening in California and they are their own idenity and who knows what will happen there.
