Judge Lets Stern Go to Bahamas, Begs for Return

31. This judge is as weird as Anna Nicole , acting friendly from times . Talk about the past when he was this or that . This is very strange for a judge to act like this , this isnt called "normal " any a courtroom.

That lawyer of HOWARD K STern , she's needs to put a sock in her mouth , there's approx of 14 lawyers not countring howard stern , she was the ONLY one who has a Big mouth. I can tell the judge likes her , why because the way he treated her , but the tx lawyer , you can say the judge ignored him , or keep saying no in other words. Also , she really gotten on my nerve .........she treated Larry Birkhead's lawyers like shit , she acted like she was running the show .........
She's one BITCH I dont like ........she has a big mouth .........while the rest of lawyers , were very normal and quiet .

This whole proceeding wasnt normal in a court of law. Judge should look at himself , and see how stupid he is acting .............

This doesn't have to take this long ..........actually it could been done in 2 or 3 days , not daysssssssssssssss.

One other thing the judge seems like he needs to retire , he's really overkill .
REpeating himself . 25 yrs old - 50ish .............he should retire and give a new
freshing judge a chance ..........he's a burn out ...............

33. The judge is probably trying to keep the media circus going for as long as possible because it cultivates more interest by the media in this case when HKS is there as well as the mother and Larry Birkhead (who is probably the real father).

34. Why doesn't Opri prove HKS committed perjury when he said they didn't have sex til 2000? The porn video, Anna Nicole: Exposed was no later than 98. Howard starred in it. They had sex in the video, so it's obvious that they were "doing it" all along!

36. unless you have worked in law you would think the judge is insane, however, I think he is sitting back, seeing who is the BS'er and then gonna give him/her enough rope to hang themself with. Did you see his reaction to the ET interview HKS attorney played? The one where ANS was trashing her mother? Teehee...well that totally bakfired now didn't it? He looked disgusted and said he "fell into that trap" but said not again and he immediately cut the rest of HKS smear of Vergie off. He said NO MORE OF THOSE VIDEOS. Was very foolish of her to bring that in thinking the judge wouldnt be able to tell Anna was acting or tweaked up on something. It was very obvious she was in an emotional state and/or on something so I think the judge will discount everything he heard. A lot of judges don't like that kind of stuff. One comment he made which people seem to forget, we may not know who the Daddy is but we damn well know who the Grandma is and whoever turns out to be the Daddy better be willing to put aside any personal views for the baby, I dont think HKS side showed that they would be with that little stunt.

38. unbelievable. The judge let's Sterns attorney ramble, interupt and shuts down the "Texas" attorney at every corner. I don't care who wins, but I do care that courtrooms give everyone a fair shot and he obviously doesn't. Not to let an attorney cross examine makes me sick to my stomache. Stern is allowed to walk away laughing.

42. This judge is nuts. and stern is a liar and a phoney. He knows that in spite of what he says about not wanting the money etc.....that as adminster, he has control of the money period! and that his "I'll step aside" statements at the end of day and in another courtroom won't mean crap.

Bury Anna with her son her mom should not take her to Texas its not what she wanted. get the DNA test going and give the baby to the rightful daddy. 44. This has the making of the OJ Simpson trial all over again. Larry Seidlin is trying to get his 15 minutes of fame and he's going to drag this one and turn it in to a circus before it's said and done. Nothing will come of this. Any judge that would refer to a 5 month old baby's mother the way he did ought not to be sitting on the bench. He's another Judge Ito. It's a shame that we couldn't have found a man of high ethical standards like medical examiner Dr. Perper and not a man that needed his ego stroked. This is about him, not Anna Nicole or her baby Danielynn.

45. Does this make any sense at all? He lets him leave the country overnight - who is paying for this exactly? and pleads with him to come back???? Any lawyers out there? Is this normal or usually allowed in the middle of a court proceeding?
