62. Poor Anna! She was the way she as for a reason--I completely believe that her mom was abusive as was her stepfather. She behaved as a battered/abused woman her whole life and when her mom was on all those talk shows it was pathetic how she put her daughter down. Anna's mom never even called her after Daniel died but went on Nancy Grace and Keith Ablow. Howard is no better. The only thing we know is that she loved her son and she belongs at his side. And Larry Birkhead? Thought he was all broken up about Anna, but it looks like he already found a replacement. I think the Medical Examiner cares about ANS more than anyone else. He's the only one who seems to have her best interests at heart without an agenda.

My biggest beef in this entire circus is that EVERYONE continues to ignore the elephant in the room that bio-dad has NOT been established and HKS continues to skirt through the system w/o being forced to prove he's the father!!!! I was hopeful earlier that the judge would order this, but once again, it is pushed to side as a secondary issue, as it always is, and every day that goes by is a day that the bio-dad is not bonding with Danielynne. Judge was even emphasizing that he may not see HKS again and why wanted him back tomorrow.... concluding that this judge has no intention on presiding over the paternity dispute.

68. What the F--K? I missed this trial so far and have been reading your comments and the press release by TMZ.

I hope some of those other remarks favoring the "lynching" of HKS and how he has stepped into the Judge's lair giving him a false sense of security and then the noose will tighten when HKS least expects it.

Maybe the $$$$ of Florida's tax payers can be well spent foor putting a 24 hour tail on HKS fro m the moment he touches down to the time he comes back. Can't figure out why he had to go back. I guess I will learn all this by the end of the night. So in the meantime retards..QUIT CLOWNING AROUND!....and that Judge too. The child is the most important...I guess he thinks the body is more important...or the media has demanded he stall and give the impression that the court is fair and balanced.

As far as the jurisdiction of the paternity, the Judge can with a phone call get permission to change jurisdictions.and rule on paternity immediately. I say get someone to get any and all glasses $tern drinks out of, collect his hair brushes and preserve the glasses he drinks from and utensils on that plane. He's cooked no matter what you think.

70. I can't believe that sick enabler is going to walk, er, I mean, RUN- and with the judge's permission and PRIVATE JET! They'll never get a swab from that man OR the baby. This is ridiculous. And you just KNOW that none of the evidence from the house (methadone bottle, pics of the official and Anna in her bed, etc) would have ever seen the light of day if that man hadn't handed it all over to the police. Now none of it matters because Howard's going to run like the wimpy little side kick he always was. Great- a wasted life (or two wasted lives, if you count poor Daniel) and now no one to take responsibility, either. I'd respect him more if he owned up to his part in all this and handed over the baby for testing. At least then I could consider him a "man".

This whole thing is typical of our system. Where did this juge come from, the mental ward? Oh yeah thats where he met Stern. Bury Nicole anywhere it really doesn't matter,,,she's gone. Her Mom doesn't really care and Stupid Stern doesn't either so bury her in Grants tomb.How exciting this mess is., another OJ judge, another child having a legacy in the sordid mess created for her. How sad anyone has to leave this for a child to carry the rest of her life. Stupid Stern if he is the father should BEG for a DNA test on himself. 72. The judge in this case should step down. This is a major conflict and not a good display of his judgement. Clearly all involved know they are attched to the biggest reality-soap(opera) in many,many years.I see lots of money to be made on Stern's book,movie & TV deals!!! Watch & see. While everyone thinks he is after her inheritance money(a lottery ticket at this tine) he will be cashing in BIG TIME on the fast deals. This guy is a genius at deception. Stern makes O.J. seem angelic.

73. He is nutty, and they all seemed like they were having so much fun today. Laughing and joking, one calling the other Texas. The worst part was when someone asked if they would be respectful off Anna Nicole's spirit and some of the men snickered and laughed like that would be impossible. The female attorney finally said "I'm not sure this is that funny". Horrible conduct in this courtroom today. Deplorable!
