Judge Lets Stern Go to Bahamas, Begs for Return

76. How could Stern raise the baby when he will be too busy choosing his next Sugar Mama to make money off of? The Judge is pretty different and I like him in some ways and wonder about him in others - he's very philosophical. I think he's encouraging the parties to "share" more so he can really get insights as to their motives. The parties involved would be foolish to get too lacksadaisical about this. If DannieLynne IS the priority - why not have Daniel and Anna buried in Cali, but most likely, DannieLynne will end up with her daddy, Larry. I think Howard is very shady to say the least.

77. Thanks Lisa for info I just hope ANS mother has some say in the matter. I believe what others are saying has been written on flash cards. Virgie did not raise her children to lose them & then not to even have a say where they will be buried.
Anna went to bahamas to hurt some else,I think Larry.

78. The body of ANS has to go with mom. Did anyone see the video clip of Stern and ANS while she was 8 months pregnant. She was toast and the father, supposidly HKS, was laughing and asking her if she was on a mushroom trip. That was too disturbing! Virgie is a good mom. ANS just didn't want anyone telling her not to do drugs. I think HKS didn't want her to die, but sooner or later he could of had that looney committed.

80. howard k. stern is a wretched excuse for a human being.anyone who would stand by and allow a mother to be get intoxicated and out of her mind while she is supposedly carring his child ,is an out right monster.he just thought about how much money the video was worth.he was bound and determined to get money out of anna nicole,either from her sttlement,or from child support or for videos and pictures of her and her children.he is a disgrace to his family,friends and the public in general.he makes other lawyers look like saints ,next to him.he is a using ,scheeming enabler.he will have to answer to the lord above ,for his role in the death of danny lynns mother.lets all hope and pray that he is not this baby's father,because the lord knows that he doesn't need to procreate

81. One clever clever judge........ watch the circus fellas..... his already got the first ring surrounding the act ! I predict this is a 3 ring circus....second ring will encompass the act tomorrow a.m and after that there will be no way out for anyone......this judge will have it all signed sealed and delivered and no-one will see it coming....... I'd put money on that I know the answer here.....

Clue 1.... LB was asked to come there for a reason....
Clue 2.... A representative for Dannielynn was appointed for a reason.....
Clue 3.....The guy that the judge asked to be there (who Sterns attny said she usually has to pay to see) was there for a reason...
Clue 4..... He allowed the will (incomplete/copy) to be entered as evidence for a reason....
Clue 5....He asked where Virgies other kids lived etc for a reason.....
Clue 6.....He asked about Annas state of mind for a reason......

If HKS fails to show for court..... watch the FBI go into full flight !

I'm sorry, but I agree with poster open your eyes. Unless you know about law; you won't get it. The judge is playing a game with all of them to see who will hang themselves (Hmmmmmm...)

I was a little nauseated when they got Dr. Perper (the medical examiner)
on the phone, and he explained that Anna Nicole's body is just not holding up for very long. (Even after the embalming last Saturday morning).
The judge commented that he did not have weeks to hash this out, only a couple of days.
Dr. Perper said this Saturday was going to be about "it".
I thought, OMG, I can't imagine looking at her in a deteriorated state.
Someone, suggested the viewing be done at the Medical Examiner's office, so that security is extra tight; and there will be no pictures (GOD, I HOPE NOT).
Please, Please let this woman be laid to rest by her son.
That is what she would have wanted.

The judge also stated Anna Nicole being laid to rest was first, and then all the other complicated paternity, probate,etc... would be at a later date.

Dr. Perper and him agreed, "TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE"
In non-legal terms, it means, NOW!!!

God Please, let this be over soon, it is so sad to see all these lawyers fighting it out in this court.

84. I believe the judge was so aggravated with Texas... they are so rude lawyers... side of anna nicole mother (witch).
I must compliment Howard Stern on the stand... but i believe the call that came in from the morgue stating that her body was been decomposed rapidly should not have been read in court...
the judge should take care of having howard stern take the body to nassau. there is enough proof...and evidence...

86. You all have to agree with this: The judge is very DRAMATIC! Whether you like the judge or not, he is into drama!
IMHO the judge is dragging out the proceedings- is it for his "fame" or is it because he wants someone to crack under pressure?
At any rate, I cannot believe that he has provided private jets for HK$ to fly back and forth to the Bahamas.
HK$ should have been provided a rubber raft, life jacket, and a dinghy!!
Also, is Howard trying to look more like a clean cut Jewish boy, with the newly shorn short locks?

87. This should have been settled last week, HOWARD STERN IS THE EXECUTOR OF ANNA NICOLE SMITHS ESTATE, per ANS Last Will & Testament. Remember, you can write you last wishes on as much as a cocktail napkin, sign & date w/witness & IT IS A VALID WILL!! Like it or not!! JUST BECAUSE SHE WROTE IT IN 2001 DOES NOT MEAN ITS NOT A VALID DOCUMENT NOW!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PEOPLE!! The Judge clearly addicted to the camera and media attention, so he needed to get his fix & request Howard Stern to be there. Now, he doesn't want this fairy tale to end, so he is EXTENDING it for another embarassing day! If the video clip of Anna CLEARLY disowning her psycho mother, the fact that she lived in the Bahamas, purchased 4 burial plots & buried her beloved son there CLEARLY INDICATES that she wished to be buried in the Bahamas, next to her son. I really feel sorry for Howard Stern, everyone trying to blame ANS demise and lifestyle on him!! What simpletons!! Anna Nicole did what ever she wanted,WHENEVER she wanted.... provided she could find a way financially to do them. If you ever watched her show, you see that everyone around her scrambles around like little servants trying to make her every wish come true. She did all this to herself, Howard tried to minimize her destruction and her embarrasing exploits, but if Vergie Arthur, a self proclaimed "Sheriff of Harris County, Texas" could not control Anna as a child, I doubt that Howard Stern or ANYONE ELSE could control Anna as a 40 year old Woman! Question for you Legal Eagles: Why did Team Stern get to put Howie on the stand and ask all the " practised/rehearsed" quiestions, yet poor " Texas" got shut down by the judge when he attempted a cross examination? Especially when Texas tried to take a stab at Stern for refusing paternity testing.

Every time Texas tried to prove a point the judge was all over him, and I felt he insulted his integrity by then looking over his head and asking for aspectators opinion.

Also, the judge gave Miss Blondie big mouth a lot of slack, he allowed her to take up way too much time. Couple that with his own self absorbtion and I felt he grossly insulted Team Larry and Team Virgies counsel.

89. Glad most people see what I see. This judge is a joke, but this isn't funny. Mom should get anna but then bury her next to daniel. HKS looked petrified. His lawyer is the rudest person and she complains when someone interupts her. Thats funny. She is a disgrace to the law profession as well as the judge. Larry Birkhead's lawyers are getting the shaft from this lawyer and I still think he is on their side but he wants the circus to stay in his town. Doesn't he have a boss who can fire him?? Tax payers must be having a cow. Disgraceful

90. This judge is about as ridiculous as the fight for Anna's body. For Christ sake he wants his own freaking tv show. Someone needs to boot him. Let this poor woman's soul rest in peace. Agree to disagree and let her be buried next to her son. Have the DNA test and get on with it for Anna's and Danilynn's sake. Howard Stern is a freaking pussy for not coming forward sooner declaring his love for her (if its true). If it looks like shit, smells like shit than he is probably full of shit!
