17. There was a document showing Howard Stern's name on the cemetary plots purchased for Daniel Smith's burial on a news broadcast. I wonder if Stern collected life insurance from Daniel's death? Howard Stern doesn't seem to care what he does for money. Therefore Daniel's death would serve two purposes insurance money and clear the way for Stern to inherit the possible million from the Marshall family.

20. I agree with what the judge has to say pertaining to the case at hand, but he needs to stop rattling on about irrelevant things like our soliders in Iraq and stuff.

It makes him look like a rambling loon.

22. Anna didn't make the choice of staying w/Stern. He did. If you had watched the video you would have seen the truth. She was putting Stern out and that's why she's dead. Daniel is dead because he was a year away from lots of money, and Stern wouldn't have that.

26. LOVE THIS JUDGE! As a psych nurse for my entire career, I see that this judge is using basic psychology...He is going to put HKS in a position where he cannot refuse to comply with the paternity tests IF HE CARES ABOUT ABOUT DANNIELYNN.

28. Determining paternity has EVERYTHING to do with Anna's burial site. The real father or next-of-kin to the baby (which is NOT Howie, as we will all soon see) will want Dannielynn to be able to easilty visit her mom's grave, which Howard helped put her in.

Howie looks very uncomfortble with having to answer to SOMEONE ELSE -- and he'sgot the most stupid lawyers I've ever seen.
