17. I did not hear Stern cry by the information that Anna's body was deteriorating. In fact, I'v yet to see him wipe his eyes. The whole thing is a mess, the judge should
rule that Anna should be placed beside her son. Then allow the sharks to fight in another court what happens next.

19. This judge is just KILLING ME! Shut up already and get to the point!!! After that video of Anna personally making her wishes known, bury her in the Bahamas!

OR,

Do like they did in the bible and offer to split her down the middle and give each of them a half....but get on with it already!!!! If that mother had any sense she would just leave it alone, let Howard have the body and then go after him.

20. The embalming fluids are probably reacting with the silicone and drugs in her body....all breaking each other down. The only thing I feel sorry for her about is the fact that she as a mother lost her son.

I feel for the baby girl too....having to live without her mother, and being placed in such a position at such a young age.

Anna Nicole....I don't feel any sympathy for. She lived her life in full destruct mode....the inevitable finally happened....she self destructed. I have no sympathy for that.

21. Also, anybody notice that ole Howie SURE IS THIRSTY! It is very hard to sit up there and LIE like he is. I do hope he gets the body but I did notice that he got really really thirsty when trying to explain that "non-legal" wedding of theirs. He almost slipped up, did anybody notice? If they were both innocent, why were they concerned about "marital privelege"...........any of yall out there make that a determining factor when YOU get married?

22. the Judge has already made up his mind in this case.

That's been apparent from the beginning.

The Judge ripped HKS a new butthold. "What woman in America would ever sign a will like this". WOW.

The Judge is impressed with the Mom credentials. Anna's Mom really loved her, but she wasn't going to enable her drug abuse.

Remember Anna's brothers and sisters. They have never claimed abuse. Just Anna, and after being drugged and coached by HKS.

28. #18 sometimes parent only abuse select children. i was abused by my parents daily they blamed my being born as the reason they had to get married andbe miserabl *They were both also drug addicts* my sisters both younger were rarely hit.

29. I just cannot believe what is going on at this hearing. The judge, who must be related to Henry Winkler, is pandering to the camera. Not since Judge Ito has a judge injected himself so forcefully into the case..He is jumping from issue to issue, never resolving anything and all the while bragging about his own life and contacts and accomplishments. I could just reach through the screen and throttle him. There were NO loud sobs from Stern...when he lifted his head there were no tears to be seen. Funny, he didn't mention that ANS was high as a kite when the face painting video was taken or that money was a concern to him then. He seemed to be pretty rattled that bit by bit those "private moments" are coming out. This whole thing is insanity. And the laughing and private banter is very inappropriate and disrespectful.

30. Vergie Arthur can smell BS a mile away. She was/is a sheriff's deputy. HKS stinks of BS...and now the whole courtroom can smell it!!!
