32. While this realtiy court drama isvery entertaining for me, this shit needs to cease. BURY THIS WOMAN. If this was my significant other I would concede and let the mom have the remains just to stop the madness. Then have the som exhumed and hoved to Texas.

33. You know I was never sure karma existed until now, but you have to admit the coincidences are impressive. The same things that Anna did to that other family- fighting over the body (when she then left the remains in the funeral home for 5 years), and trying to cut that rich guy's children out of receiving any money. Now people are fighting over her body and her money. I do feel bad for everyone involved but it really is a case for what goes around, comes around!

39. Considering that HKStern caused rifts between Anna and her mother, Anna and her friends, etc. why not just bury her in Texas with Daniel. If he hadn't kept her isolated and caused these problems she probably would have had a relationship with her mother and rest of the family.
The first person she called when Daniel died was her mother. What does that tell you? Also, listen to the interview with the Shelly's on Greta Van Sustern's show to see what a somewhat 'normal' family has to say about their friend Anna and what she said to them about her situation.
The paperwork for the plots in the Bahamas is only in Howard's name. He bought the plots. Her name is not on the paperwork. They showed the paperwork on the news last night. Soooooo.....dig up Daniel and fly both to Texas for internment near family where they should be. They have no family and own no property in the Bahamas.

40. I think Anna would want to be as far from that woman who gave birth to her as possible. Bury her in the Bahamas, with her son, it has nothing to do with who is guilty of what, it's HER WISHES!

That judge DOES look like Henry Winkler! I wish he would just shut the hell up and let this get finished. I do think they are stretching it out for money. Can yall imagine how much the lawyer bills are going to be for all sides? Astronomical!

43. Seems to me this judge needs to just GET ON WITH IT AND QUIT DRAWING IT OUT TO STAY IN THE LIMELIGHT. Let's get this woman buried where she belongs, next to her son. Her mom probably can't afford to provide a decent burial for her anyway...kinda trashy folks, I'd say. Anna would be humiliated at this circus, if she was sober, that is. Howard would never hurt Anna, but could sure give him hell! Anna was her own boss and she turned Howard into a lapdog. I don't think anyone will get a dime from that Marshall family. Anna, RIP!

44. Anna Nicole Smith's feelings about her mother were clearly stated by her on the video they played in court. After seeing that I can't imagine anyone actually wanting her remains to go to her mother. It is an outrage that once someone dies their wishes will be totally ignored. She needs to be buried quickly next to Daniel in the Bahamas. Howard Stern, whether Danielynns biological father or not, was very much in love with ANS and stood by her...he still clearly loves her and is suffering..unlike the other snakes who are trying to get a piece of the inheritance.

45. I don't understand why they are making things so complicated.
#1 - Bury Anna next to her son. Period. Common sense should dictate this.
#2 - Get the damn DNA/paternity tests done already and find out who the father of this baby is so that they can begin establishing some kind of stability in her life. Again, common sense.
