47. For god's sake bury the poor girl. Her mother isn't doing this because she says she loves her, or she wants the family together. Nicole lived in the bahamas because she wanted to. Howard has had a very hard time I am sure trying to help her cope with all of these things going on in her life, he was with her even if only by friendship over 10 years. Let her be buried in the bahamas with her son, who she missed so much and she couldn't go on without.

48. As much as I did look up to the woman for her curves, I can not believe PLASTIC is not living up to it's description!

The woman was beautiful, (although I hated her teeth when she smiled wide) but you have to admit she had a great action figure body and I just feel bad for her "legacy".

Did she really love that baby girl as much as Daniel? I think her thoughts were totally clouded by her despair over Daniel and I don't think Dannielynn got the same love and that is not ANS fault.

Anyway, I get shivers after reading her body is degrading faster than they thought! ugh! :)

49. Howard covered his face but there was no sobbing and he was dry eyed when he raised his head. I love the Will that they were submitting as her wishes stated No Future Children could inherit, which they NOW say is a Mistake! If it was signed as fact, then Danielynn gets ZERO which means all the fighting over the baby for money alone would be worthless as Anna's last Will states only Danny and NO FUTURE CHILDREN! That's a Bombshell!

51. By the rate the judge is going, there will be nothing left of Anna to bury. This could have been over with today. Did everyone not see the video she said she didn't want anything to do with her mother? Please, let's get this over with and have her buried next to her son and move on. This Judge is a fruit cake that just likes to here himself talk. UGH!

53. I agree, she needs to be buried next to her son in the Bahamas. It was what she wanted it has nothing to do with Larry Birkhead or her mother. I bet no matter what decision is made there will be a appeal filed. I just dont get if her mother cared so much then why wont she bury her with her son like she wanted.Maybe its just a front so she can start to challenge the will and get some moolah.

54. Who cares what they do with the flippin body. Here's an answer: Cremate her and divy up the ashes (like they did Marshall's body, her "beloved" husband) one half to Stern and one half to her mother. Stern can put clown paint on his urn and videotape it to make money. Ole Vergie can open up a shrine in back of her trailer and charge $1.00 admission for viewing of her urn. They could each get a silicone implant to go with their ashes (I'm not sure if they will burn completely).

She was a junkie ex-stripper who would do anything (and anyone) to make a buck! Do you people care as much about the ex-stripper who OD'ed last night in Queens?

There isn't any money either people. THERE IS NO MONEY!!! These people couldn't even make their "lease/purchase" payment on that condo down in the Bahamas (I'm sure she was set up to screw someone to get the yacht they were after). All the Supreme Court ruling did was open up the legal battle to start all over again in Texas. Do you honestly see anyone in this whole circus pretending to represent her interests that has what it takes to go up against the Marshalls?

I do agree that the best thing that could happen for that little baby girl is to go to California with Birkhead and be raised in a trailer with a view of the 105 Freeway. I don't think they will ever determine who that little girls' is. I think it could have been 1 of about 100 guys she was "doing" that year.

59. I watched the proceedings and at no time did Howard sob loudly while the medical examiner was on the phone. It seems to me (and I am no legal expert by any means) that the judge is exceeding the scope of the what they are there for and that is to determine what Anna's wishes were in reference to her final resting place. I mean, sheesh, the judge seems to be performing for the camera.

I agree with #9, it is all about the baby at this point. Get Anna buried ASAP!!!

60. MOM VIRGIE JUST LIED ON THE STAND. THERE WAS JUST A SHOW ON DOCUMENTING ANNA'S LIFE. SHE OVERDOSED ON PRESCRIPTION DRUGS AND WAS HOSPITALIZED IN TEXAS BEFORE SHE EVEN MET STERN.
