77. I think Vergie should get cusody of Anna and Daniel's remains.

That video of andrugged, pregnant Anna, and a stone cold sober Howard videotaping her (while commenting that this video could make money) shows me she was in the hands of someone without a conscience and who wanted to destroy her. How could someone give him her remains? Anna's gone now. Her remains are to help the living cope. He's a phony and worse.

78. Well at least maybe one thing was accomplished. I believe Virgie will get to see her daughters body and pay her respects along with the family. Howard did not look to happy about that.

She can go after Howard Stern after her daughter is burried. It is clear Anna loved daniel so bury her next to him and move on.

The little baby will be better off with out all the money for everyone to fight over. We do not need another Hilton in our future. 81. This is such a joke. Clearly Anna Nicole LOATHED her mother and trusted Mr. Stern. MORE clearly, she would have wanted to be laid to rest with her son in the Bahamas. Even MORE clearly, Mr. Stern adored Anna Nicole. Absolutely the MOST clearly? She would have wanted him to raise her daughter.

This judge is the worst ever. He is creating his own 15 minutes of fame (and possibly a future in TV) by making this issue WAY more difficult than it is. He should be prosecuted, and should NOT be given an opportunity to open any doors BUT the issue of possession and burial of Anna's body.

In my humble opinion, this selfish judge is guilty of benefitting from Anna's death just like all the hangers on (Burkhead, Mommy Dearest, et al) and should be removed. Mr. Stern should get everything. He was the one that stood by her through thick and thin.

I hope the "third party" does the right thing and lets Mr. Stern do what he has to do. Bury the love of his life and raise her daughter. If Burkhead is the biological father, they should share custody.

This is NOT brain surgery.

82. Howard will make millions off the Marshall lawsuit when it is settled. He doesn't "need" Dannielynn for the money. He was the attorney and WILL get his fee's which will be millions when that suit is settled.

83. OK - here's the solution.
FIRST, bury her next to her son in the Bahamas - there's no reason they should be apart, or that he should be all by himself away from his home.
SECOND - give this legal debacle to Judge Judy - she'll get it sorted out inside an hour, and won't be taking any BS in the process.
THIRD - keep what little bit of her they need to do DNA tests, get DNA from all the papa-pretenders and give that to Maury Povich. He'll get that mess done in 48 hours. THEN - when Maury goes "SO AND SO - you ARE the father" - give the guy the bill for child support for the next 18 years, and send the others to jail for false reporting.
FOURTH - the money goes to the baby daughter. Appoint a legal guardian - NOT a member of Anna's family - to supervise the estate and make sure that child gets what she needs. She's gonna need every dime of it for her to grow up on and pay a couple of therapists with to sort out her sad existence when she grows up and finds out what a sick, sad circus she was born into through no fault of her own.

85. This whole situation is UNREAL!! ANS wanted to be buried next to her son, that is completely apparent.. What in the HELL is the problem! This is a circus! This judge is the ring leader.. Howard Stern did not kill ANS. This man was wooped from the beginning. ANS did what she wanted to do, no one held a gun to her head. Can you people not see that!! Why would you even be against this man? He was actually the only one that put up with her crap.. She had to have loved him, that is common sense. You are all judging him unfairly.. 87. I think Vergie is making plenty of $$ off Anna/and her name~ Do you think she has the cash to fly to the Bahamas? Do you think she can afford this attorney? (He's probably doing pro bono for HIS 15 minutes) I wonder how much of Vergie's dollars are going into these expenses..Plus We see her face on the talk shows, ET.. whatever..as well.. I would love to see NO MONEY from the Marshall fortune (Unless the baby is actually J Howard's..possibility)and then see where this whole thing wold be.. It is all about money..fame.. Sadly..

90. Everyone needs to get the hell over where she should be buried and just bury her somewhere fricken soon!! Anyone with a lick of sense should know that any mother (not counting Britney) would want to be buried next to their child(ren). Her mother is a cold hearted bitch. She don't give a rat's ass if she's buried in Texas - she just wants to push her weight around because now she can.
