93. Tears...
I watched it on CNN and I saw no tears, not even on Anna on her video they showed nor a sniffy nose. Well we know who "Will Not" get an oscar this year.

When "Barf" said no one knows where the original was, I almost fell off my chair laughing. They are going to try and Probate a will in court and no one has an orignal?? Hopefully that means all is a no-go for Howzie to be execuator. Did anyone ever consider maybe Anna destroyed it there for making it null since one was never filed?? OR Is there a will and they just donot want to present it to show EXACTLY what it said. If it shows up later, she will have to appear in front of a judiciary committee and I hope they pull her license. Howzie, how did you know what the clauses were or know what is in it if you never read it?? Yes Howzie, you were asked by the Judge if you ever read the will and you said No. Hoezie, if you read the will 2 minutes before dumb a$$, you read the will !!!

I loved it when he said she wanted to be buried in California, but it was too expensive then in another breathe he said how she always wanted to be buried in the Bahamas. Howzie, make up your mind!!

Another Howzie shining moment. He first stated it was in 2000 and after further questiong by Seidlin, he said "Like I said it was in 2002".

Okay, one of you mentioned all she wanted was the money. WHAT MONEY??? She don't get squat, that has been determined. But you can bet that she will when she files her wrongful death suit against Howzie, Moe and his wife.

I agree.. Cremated her. Give 1/3 to Vergie, 1/3 to Howzie and 1/3 to the Marshall's. Then everyone will be happy.

94. I bet the Judge is going to believe the mother and it would be such an injustice. Anna did drugs well before she met Howard so she is lying right to that judges face. Anna hated her mother and came back from the grave today to remind everyone of it.

95. As a mother I would want to bury my unmarried adult child no matter how he/she felt about me. However, at this point I would relent just to speed things up and let her be put to rest. This is beyond sad. This is all being done in the name of love but I'm not seeing alot of love.

99. My heart goes out to Virgie Arthur. She's not the villain in this saga. Anna cut herself off from her family after she started doing drugs and was manipulated by Howard K. Stern. Did anyone notice Howard's demeaner? HKS face was flushed. He was spinning his chair from side to side. Boy, was he thirsty. He's a lawyer, for goodness sakes! Virgie Arthur did an excellent job. Her honestly and love for her daughter was so evident. The truth will prevail!

I think the judge should get off his butt and find out who the father is so the child can no longer be used as a pawn, I also think the mother should keep her nose out and let her be buried with her son. Any money that may be coming from any resources and what Anna had at the time of death should be put in trust for the baby by the court no one should have the right to live off the baby. Mr Stern had a nice life style while Anna was alive he will just have to go out an earn his own living, if the mother had been a mother Anna wouldn't have had to display her self but now that there is money involved mommy comes out of the woodwork just who has the baby as there first concern? Anna is gone and if I was her I would damn all of you It is more important to find out who the father is and there is no question where she to be buried so do it and quit fighting.
