47. Just because she is not mothering does not mean she is neglecting or abusing her kids. She has the money (and family) to pay for some one to take care of them and that is all the court cares about. I did a lot worse then she has done for a whole lot longer and no one ever came and cked on my kids or took them away. I am long time sober now and feel for Brit. Its not easy being an alcoholic and its not easy staying sober (in the beginning) Everyone should back off and give her the room she needs. I think she has post partum despression that is driving her at this point. 2 babies in less then 2 yrs is hard on the body.mind and emotions

48. How very sad that she can't even go to rehab in peace. If it were me I would just pack it in & give up, obviously she's never going to get the help she needs. Rehab is supposed to be a private affair. I hope she does get help, my kids & I used to really like her now I just feel sorry for her.

51. What the hell?! Enough already! How much of a lowlife do you have to be to want to do something like this? Yes, the girl may be out on a limb and has no idea on when or how to come down. But she is still a human being! How is this doing anyone any good? Please tell me.

52. That is disturbing. The girl can't even go to rehab without the paps hanging out of helicopters trying to get a pic. She needs to be left alone so she can rebuild her life and be a mother to her children.

Finally, she wasn't quite in the limelight anymore as the Anna Nicole controversy is in full swing which would be the perfect time to lay low and enjoy the privacy that these superstars "desparatly want". So much for keeping a low profile. I think she deserves it. If she doesn't want to attention... move to Nebraska and stop heading publicity stunts!

We don't need to see these pictures. She is human and very fragile and vulnerable right now.
Every website and celebrity magazine should pledge not to publish or buy photos of stars in rehab. That is sick and could assist in preventing a recovery.

56. Leave the poor girl alone and let her heal. I went through a similar divorce at her age (being used for money by a gold digging hubby while I was truly trying to make my marriage work) I can't begin to imagine what it must be like in her shoes - having to deal with such hurt, custody, and being hounded unmercifully by the paparazzi on top of everything else! Have a heart! She's only human.

60. You have got to be kidding....cant they just back off? The poor girls been in rehab for a whole what 30 minutes? and they are trying to take her picture at rehab? I understand its their job but please. Is she allowed absolutly no Privacy at all?? Im no fan of britney and i never was but geeesh SHES STILL A HUMAN BEING!
