You can think what you want about the parties involved, but WTF is up with this ridiculous judge?

Apart from the shameless grandstanding, which is just over the top, he doesn't seem to have a grasp of the law or rules of evidence.

His bench-aside manners are inexcusably unprofessional, and quite frankly, if I were "Texas" or "Birkhart's [sic] lawyer", I would either make a motion to remove this very serious matter out of his court or instruct my staff to draft appeal papers pronto and file same before the clerks turn off the lights for the day.

In a far-fetched world (where this proceeding belongs), this judge is an incredible actor who is trying to distract the parties in order to get unrehearsed, honest reactions from them.

I suppose anything's possible, obviously. Hell, maybe the whole this is an ET promo.

32. I don't understand why all you people are judging Howard K. Stern. It's as though
you all know him personally. In this entire circus he seems to be the only one concerned about what Anna wanted to do with Anna's body. As far as the baby is concerned, I don't believe any of these people, including Howard, would have a word to say if it weren't for the money involved. I feel sorry for that baby because none of these jokers qualify to be decent human beings, much less the caretaker of a precious child. They all make me sick.

35. Anyone catch the video on TMZ of Anna in the clown makeup? If Stern is so concerned for the baby's welfare, he would have been doing something other than holding a camcorder and recording Anna as wasted as she was. What's he saying in the video? "This will be worth some money." I'm not sure if he was talking about the video or the baby.

36. Like someone else said, what happened to personal responsibility? Anybody want to stand here and tell me ANS didn't do drugs before she met HKS? Yeah right. She was a STRIPPER, how many sober strippers do you know? I think it's ridiculous the bashing Howard is getting online and in the media. Was he on drugs too? Probably. He sounds like he's sedated to the gills right now. Do I think they sat around and joked TOGETHER about how to make money selling stuff to the media? YES. I think they are both fame whores. But did he kill her? Of course not. Did he love her? Yes, I think he loved her past the point of reason to put up with all of her shit. I honestly don't think he could ever bring himself to live without her so he stuck around trying to take care of her, and she let him, and OF COURSE she slept with him, SHE SLEPT WITH EVERY MALE AROUND HER. I think they are two messed up people but I think that he loved her more than anybody else ever did, certainly more than her worthless buffalo of a mother.

44. HKS is a low-life. I had him pegged from the get-go! This guy -a lawyer-lived off her for 15 years! How else did he live? pay his bills? Now he says they were lovers! I hope he gets disbarred for a breach of ethics.

45. Jenny, you need to have your head examined. Just because someone is with someone, doesn't mean they love them. Just because someone "says" something, doesn't mean it is true. Try forming your opinions based on facts, rather than your immature desire to believe in a fictional "family". We know this: Stern gave Anna Nicole Drugs. Stern was there when both Daniel and Anna Nicole died. Stern was a leach, and sucked up to Anna Nicole, even though she found him disgusting. Eventually, Anna Nicole was so out of it on drugs, she couldn't make any decisions for herself. Stern leached his way into her will and made himself executor, thereby giving himself a very big free lunch. Why do you think he took her away from her family, and USA? Why do you think he got her drugged up? Why do you think she looks like a sad, abused, confused, hopeless person in the video where Stern has her painted as a clown and where Stern can be heard saying "this will make a lot of money"? Hello!!!

Jenny, you really need to wake up and smell the roses. If Stern is the concerned daddy, why isn't he running to the lab to get a DNA test to PROVE he is the daddy??? Hello! Because he is nothing but a parasitic leach, that's why. Quit living in your fantasy world, Jenny, you need to wake up to reality: people who act like they care but who are not "doing" like they care, are probably creeps, in this case, a very big creep.
