62. People TMZ is lying as I have been watching the court case all day live on MSNBC and that is not what Howard said. I call upon you TMZ to start posting the names of your so called reporters. TMZ is you want to play in the game of reporting news your reports should be posted by the first and last name of the reporter NOT TMZ STAFF crap.

He is an officer of the court and has witnessessed many drug related crimes.

He can and should be prosecuted for civil and criminal charges.

Is it any lesser of a crime to watch a person drown and not give assistance while video taping the incident than it is to see a poor soul lost in drugs while grieving for a lost son.

What kind of despicable person would do this: a friend? A lover?
A humanitarian?

ok I am a former listner of the Howard Stern radio show. Howard had Anna on many times. He brought up the fact that the other Howard Stern was in love with Anna & he denied it. He brought up how Anna's lawyer was enfatuated by her & wanted to be with her & Anna's Stern denied this.
So how all of a sudden are they married ( when he supposedly didn't care about her aside from being her lawyer. ) Why does he have a say in anything. Personally after losing my sister and watching her husbands family control everything I think the immideate family of the deceased should have control over what happens to ther daughter. Married or not they had a interest in her long before she married her idiot lawyer. They gave bitrh to her, they have more right then the idiot that claimed he had no interest in her just before she went on Trim Spa.

75. Smith's body should be buried with her son but Stern should have nothing to do about the child. If he was so in love with her why did he allow her to be high all the time? If Smith cared so much about her son why did she get so called commited to Stern before the sons body was buried. Someone needs to look into when Smith went to the doc when she was found out she was pregant and who went with her. Also find out who was her boyfriend then. Everytime you saw her she was always high amd Stern never left her side. He poisoned her mind about the friends who wanted to be close and try to help her. Whoever gets the child should not be able to touch that money until that child comes of age. You dont need millions to raise a child. the child will get SSI from the government and the estate that Smith had they could sell that and use that money to raise the child. If Stern was such a good lawyer why didnt he revise her will when she found out she was pregant. Get the DNA done then put Smith to rest and go from there. That baby should be brought to the states Strange two people have died being around Stern whats to say something wont happen to the baby. Whatever Stern says about him and Smith should be hearsay she cant speak for herself. First and far most the legal father should be done and then everything will fall into place. There are alot of question to be answered and i think those questions will never be answered.
