76. Why is everybody so down on Howard Stern. For sure he stood by her in every aspect of her life since he knew her. He is not a scum off the streets. He is a man of respect. Just today he told the world that he is not interested in money. Her mother is white trash.
Just look at her and you can see through her. She is a piece of shit.
No wonder Anna Nicole ran from her. She did not flinch one iota when the clip of Anna's was on telling the world how much she hated her. She for sure does not look a loving mother figure. Never never should she get the body of Anna Nicole. Howard should absolutely get it and she should be buried with her son!!!!
If her mother gets her I swear I will pull my hair out.

78. Everyone is forgeting the most important person in this entire situation. If Howard Stern is so convinced that he is the father, than why don't he just end this whole circus and take himself and the baby for DNA testing....now come on!!
This has been an ongoing issue even BEFORE Anna passed away.
Lets resolve the issue of the baby so she can get settled in a permanent home before she gets to old.

They and Larry Birkhead are all sitting in court, paying high priced lawyers for what? Money? By the time all this shit settles, they would owe their lawyers more than they could get! 80. it matters less where anna is buried and more who is the father of the baby. the man who stood by her and "loved" her supported, encouraged and made money off her drug use. her family may be poor and un-sophisticated but the rift between them centered on her drug-use, her wild life-style and her sick relationship with howard stern. sadly, a parent has to let go once an adult child makes poor choices. however, wanting a better life for the baby is worth fighting for.

He is 38 years old and his parents were still supporting him! He didn't love Anna, he loved her MONEY! 82. i believe howard,he has always been there with her.i dont believe that she was in love with him but i do think that he was the one and only person she trusted.i also believe that she grew to love him and was just ready to settle down with him.i also believe that he just loved her so much he was willing to share her with all these other men and it didnt matter to him just aslong as he was with her to look after her.i feel bad for him when anna was alive and i feel worse now that she is gone for him i think he needs help to get over her.im glad he comes from a strong family.

83. Now there's a thought. Getting married so she couldn't testify against
him. That's a smart lawyer for you!!!! If she loved him so much(since 2000), why
wasn't he named a beneficiary on her will???? He can say Anna felt anyway
he wants, because she can't speak for herself now. Why is he even a factor in where she will be buried. I don't believe he has any legal right. As far as her
being his whole life - he's right - he made it a profession to stay with her,
instead of working, so she could support him. Wonder who's paying the bills
right now, since she's not around. Does he have the money. They need to
get the paternity established - that baby totalling looks like Larry and doesn't
even resemble Howard.

85. i also want to add that there is enough evidence on tape that proves that anna did not want to have anything to do with her mother and didnt want her mother around her children at all.personally i cant stand to even see that lady at all! all she had done is talked about her daughter! she doesnt love her and she doesnt respect her at all.she is kissn up to this larry guy because she wants to get close to that baby! so both of them are in it together to go against howard.its obvious that this young larry guy didnt know her very well or he would protect that baby if it is his from that witch.she just wants fame and she and her daughter want to make money off of her. anna needs to be with her son! and when they find out who the lil girl dad is then he will have to fight for custody.to me it doesnt matter that his dna will prove the baby is his what matters is can he be a good father for that child? i worry for that lil girl.i can tell that anna loved her and wanted to protect her but the love she had for her son was much bigger and she just couldnt live without him.i put myself in her shoes and i dont see myself getting thru that tragedy either.i will pray for her and that lil girl and howard.

Howard proved today that he is not in it for the money. He loved Anna Nicole and stayed with her through fat and lean times. I changed my mind totally today after seeing him on TV. He truly is mourning and misses A.N a lot as you could have seen in his sad sad face. Her mother is a big fat slob and I wouldn't want my dog near her. Lets give Howard a break from all the bad things said about him. He is not a murderer!!!! And about the baby, let's wait and see what transpires.

87. 2 possibilities: -- I think the judge MAY give the RIGHT to take custody of the body of ANS to her mother ..... BUT I think IN ANY CASE, he is going to order that the body be buried in California. ANS owns a home there, that was Daniel's place of residence - and even HKS said she always wanted to be buried near Marilyn Monroe. OF COURSE, the body of Daniel, a US Citizen, would be moved to California, as well. - I believe that the advocate for Dannielynn is also going to recommend that she should be buried in CA and his opinion might weigh most heavily if the child is considered nest-of-kin..

88. Come on, maybe you guys haven't loss anyone. But it is not uncommon when you loose someone to question your own moraility and make arrangements. Perferably they would be in the form of a trust etc, but with her state of mind I can totally see her having these conversations about being alone, marraige, death, etc. with the one person she trusted. The sad part is if her mom really cared, one she would know, two she wouldn't need larry's support and three it would be evident in her and Anna's reletionship. She even mentioned she never met HKS and he was a part of her daughters life since when? She contact Larry after her death and now they are best of friends?

Howard, is not the problem, he has nothing to gain,except following thru with ANS wishes.

Let the poor guy say good bye to the person he loved. No one has walked in there shoes to now what went on between them.

89. when it came time to enter surname on the birth certificate did the hospital ask Anna or Howard? Let's just say Stern pushed the staff to complete the birth certificate due to the passing of Daniel and getting his name on there. Anna was out of it, the hospital wasn't going to ask her what name to put on.
