106. If you watched "The Anna Nicole Show" and you have any common sense you can plainly see that Howard has much stronger feelings for Anna than she had for him. Sure she had sex with him, only when no one else was available or on the show when she was drunk so yes he can claim they had an "intimate" relationship...but no one has asked the question how often did you have an intimate relationship and was Anna always sober? Then if you look at the Larry King Live show you can see in 2004 Larry asked Anna if Howard and her were a couple and she was almost disgusted but her answer was very admit no! I think Howard had his own kind of relationship he wanted in his own mind and can twist words and circumstances with his grand use of words to imply certain things. After all this is over Howard will just fade out of memory.

Bottom line it's Dannilynn that is what's important now because she's here and needs a good parent to raise her unconditionally!

What the hell did he do but enable her dysfunction, isolate and control her world! My god! He let her die instead for getting her medical help for fear hed lose control!

108. Howard was and is delusional about Anna Nicole and tagged along for the press thrill and money. If she wanted to marry him she would have years ago and we have all seen the tape of her saying "Howard .. eww, no." He is a control freak who had her strung along on drugs. His suave plans got stopped. He was in control of Anna Nicole and her son and should be duly charged with double homocide. I do not think it is a coincidence that they went to the Bahamas (Quasi- law system there, police etc.) Howard was away looking at his boat when Anna Nicole died, not a coincidence, and good planning to this happening where it is also not regular police, but on Indian property and Indian police. No offense to them either, just others have a lot more case experience. I pray the Bahamian police get it right
! It is clear to me that Biirkhead looks like the Father of Anna's baby! I can not wait to get the results!

109. My opinion is that Howie-boy was there when she took a deathly turn for the worse and he scrammed fast 'to look at a boat,' after thinking he needed to establish an alibi.

And why all the constant chanting about "icing her down," "icing her down" -- with a raging fever? That, in itself, can kill someone.

Ask any doctor or nurse -- well, besides Feel-Good Kapoor or the 'nurse' who didn't call 9-1-1.

The whole thing stinks to high heaven.

now her mother on the other hand comes suddenly crawling out of know where after all these years acting like she gives a dam !!! I think she sees dollar signs!!!
If she was a mother at all she would want Anna to be buried next to her son...
But instead she wants her to be buried in Texas..I think she just wants her days in the spotlight...

Hey Kim he was with her because he thought there was going to be a BIG FAT pay day. People are down on him because for several reasons. Everyone knows that the reason they went to the Bahamas is so he could put his name on the birth certificate and that automatically makes him the father. If this was your brothers child I think you may have a different view of his goals. He should be prosecuted for something relating to bth of their deaths. His name was on some of the drugs they found. And he gave Daniel Methadone just before he died. This guy is an ass. He should have put her in rehab or get her some kind of help that didn't involve mixing deadly cocktails of drugs. That kid is not his and he knows it. Why wont he take a paternity test? This child is the only way to his pay day. Anna and her family had a good relationship until Howard came around. I have seen pictures of her and her family together and she didn't look as if she was as unhappy as Howard says she was. She got that way with drugs and his influence. He was a puppet master pulling her strings.I think the guy should be in jail not in the bahamas.

113. I don`t know why everyone is so against Howard K. Stern for. This man stood by Anna Nicole Smith and secured her work when she needed the money really badly when he secured the reality show and the trimspa contract. As for how they acted on screen it showed a couple that were good friends even if they had a way of a love/hate relationship. Those kind of relationships are the ones that always sizzle when no one is around. If Howard K. Stern is such a bad guy then why hasn`t Bahamian officials taken Dannielynn away from the household she is in now instead of letting her stay. I`ll tell you why because he is taking good care of her.

116. Just a couple of things: I was watching today and Howard DID say he would step down as both executor and trustee of the will. He said he would have no problem doing that, and would feel better about it (i guess it would prove that he wasn't looking for a profit) Now, I dont remember his exact words, but he did basically say that. The judge just told him, well, but we wont know that for years, you SAY that, but we wont be able to see that for a very long time. I guess he means, when the time comes.
Second thing, regarding Virgie: does anyone remember the Dr. Keith Ablow show where Virgie appeared, after Daniel died. On that show, she said that Anna was 16 when she was sent to live with her aunt, not seventeen. Only a year, but it might make all the difference in the world to a judge. It might paint her in a less flattering light. It just bothers me that she isnt being completely truthful. Who knows what else she will lie about.

117. To Late HKS.......

1. I hope the Judge does not base his decision on that tape provided by ET. ANS was clearly under the influence. But by any chance did anyone catch his reaction after it was played? He was not happy and rather disgusted by it.
2. Did anyone watch Nancy Grace? It wasn’t so much her show, but what I read on the ticker tape at the bottom of the screen. It said that the F.B.I has stepped in to investigate the items taken from the house in the Bahamas. Of course these items are one that HKS said were stolen. But in reality were taken by the owner of the house per ANS request. They did not break in. They used their key and were accompanied by a Bahamian Official. These items were then given to an attorney who in turn gave the items to a Sheriff. The Sheriff as we know has sent all the items to the Seminole Police dept. Since the Seminole Police Department is a sovereign nation, they do not have to follow the law of the land. The only Law Enforcement who can step in and take over their case is the F.B. I. and that is only when there is evidence of a crime. So I wonder what ‘evidence’ they have uncovered.
3. I finally figured why HKS is hiding out in the Bahamas. Under Bahamian Law HKS is the presumed father cause his name is on the birth cert. COWARD
4. HKS stated in court under oath that he was intimate with ANS around 2000. Yet on Larry King the other night when he had the two different interviews with ANS and HKS which were 2002 and 2004. It was the one in 2004 that he asked her if she was ‘involved’ with HKS. Her answer NO WAY.

Wheather or not that tape from Greta Van Susteren Show will be shown in court tomorrow just don't know. But reference was made to it. I bet they show it at some point, either regarding ANS body, or with regards to DanniLynn. We'll just have to wait and see.

If Anna was *sooooooo in love* with this sleaze all this time........why did she sleep around the way she did and have a full on relationship with her photographier..........Howard stood to get a huge chunk (as her lawyer - think commissions) if she did get the money from Anna's deceased husband.

119. Anyone that is defending and keeps defending HKS after all that has come out in the past 2 weeks has very questionable character. I seriously question the morals, family bonds and parenting skills of anyone that defends that piece of scum. He NEVER tried to help the woman he "LOVED". He just kept getting her access to more drugs, even when she was pregnant with "his" baby. He wanted her to continue with the drugs to keep her in his warped world, the only way to keep her was to ply her with drugs. Yes, she did have a drug problem since meeting him and she did do drugs on her own but someone that loves a person would do anything and everything in their power to get them to seek help, especially when the person afflicted with the drug problem is carrying "their" child. He did not try to help her 1 bit. He is a murderer because he knew the path she was on and yet he still supplied the drugs. Had he truly loved her he would have said "if you continue to use drugs that is your choice but I will no longer be a part of it and I won't do drugs with you, supply them or have anything to do with you while you are using". And yes, I do speak from experience. Enabling is not helping, it is allowing that person to destroy their lives and the lives of people around them. I truly feel sorry for the friends and family's of the people defending this worthless piece of trash Howard.
