17. OMG....You all r really as shallow as the acusers...Anna was a grown woman...she took the drugs she took...she was the example for her son....WE LIVE WHAT WE LEARN..... Daniel learned from his mother....Do you all really think any 1 had that much control over Anna to keep her drugged....Oh please.....grow up...I can see you have no clue as to the extreme an addicted person goes to , to get there drug...Howard was just the tool Anna used to help her maintain her life style, he had the dirty job of trying to keep it some what controled...poor him....every 1 else jumped ship on her and left him to deal with the mess she was.....He loved her in his sick way , but as I see it the only way SHE ALLOWED, and she used him as well....He will be left alone in the end......Get off his back...till u walk in his shoes....

21. Howard K's lawyer is an arrogant cow. She talks on top of the judge and interrupts and I think her ploy today was all show. What lawyer in their right mind would say something like that in front of tons of witnesses and leave herself open to a lawsuit for slander or defamation? Thats just stupid. I don't think it happened at all and it was her way of getting the circus they want

23. Howard K. Stern's attorney will say ANYTHING to get Larry Birkhead and his attorney removed from the court proceedings. I highly doubt that Ms. Opri made that statement to HKS. Blondie needs to shut-up and let someone else talk. Poor Texas lawyer can't get a word in.

I just wish the DNA was being done in the judges office right now, I belive Anna will not be bury till then,, I like the wasy at before anything started LArry and his team went over to her mom and gave her a hug.. 25. My Gawd, HS's atty & ANS-M's Cali atty's are freaking stalling who is next of kin/i.e., "whose the father of DannyLynn". They see no emergency to find out whose next of kin". In fact, quote: "we dont want the judge to hear both issues today. To put both issues together is too much pressure for her client, HKS!!!!

26. I don't think he is an outright killer, but two people died around him before their time, they both were heavily medicated, and he did nothing to help either of them. Take the paternity test, Howard-----then all this will go away and Anna can rest in peace. Give her that at least. If the baby is indeed your child, no judge would keep you from claiming the body either. Take the test, Howard---be honorable and take the damn test.

Com # 10...If ans is on drugs...it was her own doing...she was baby sitting her friends little girl that day...and they had 2 dolls and 2 carriages...and they did face painting on each other...with clown masks...so get the entire story before u attack....and if anna was maintained on meth..it was alos her own doing...in the medical proff. it is the lesser of the evils...and the least hurtful to her baby...she was the abuser..she was a 39 yr old woman...she need ed to take care of the child in her belly.....

29. You've got to be kidding me, she should've been thrown out of the courtroom. That self absorbed judge is throwing away our taxpayers $$$$$ by rambling on about himself, he is not doing his job, he's a big waste of time & money. The state needs to reappoint the judge. No matter what the outcome is, these people (Birkhead's attorney & Judge) are being so UNproffessional.
