31. HKS's attorney is the one out to get her 15 minutes of fame! PUH-LEAZZZE reel her in. I think the judge is a bit "out there," but he's also not going to let her control his courtroom.

IMHO, she's OVER-lawyering for HKS and it's going to bite her (and HKS) in the ass. SHE knows she has the attention of the world and is milking it to her full future benefit so if stones are gonna be slung at the judge, save a few for this overbearing woman!

33. Yes I am a parent and a grandparent. Your arguments have nothing to do with today's case: burial location for ANS. Anna Nicole Smith bought a burial plot next to her son Daniel in the Bahamas. Her will names Howard Stern as executor..he is the one to carry out her wishes. Why would he agree to let her mother take her remains to Texas? Anna Nicole Smith was totally estranged from her mother. What you are saying is that Anna Nicole Smith's wishes should be ignored (despite her will) and her sleazy, white trash mother should override Anna's wishes. Stop being emotional about who or who not is the father...that is NOT the issue in court today...get the facts!

36. it does not matter what we think of HKS in this. Birkheads attorney is no better than a tabloid reporter. She has been spewing filth on Foxnews for weeks saying he is the killer. Bad news baby, she was not killed nor was Daniel. Even if they were she is there trying to get the baby. She is an attention whore trying to cash in like that witch Gloria Al-do-any-case-with-cameras.

The judge should find her in contempt of court for such outburst.

38. I think ANS should be buried next to Daniel as he was her child. I DON'T think HK$ should have control over her body though. He had enough control over her in life i.e. the clown video. Larry Birkhead is the baby's father and HK$ KNOWS that. That's why he's fighting the paternity test! He knows Larry is and he doesn't want to lose his control. He may be her father on paper & in his own mind, but he's NOT her father by blood and Larry wants to prove that he IS the father. So many men are out there creating babies but not wanting to claim or care for them. Larry knew he was the father and was out to claim that baby ever since she was born! Best of luck to you Larry. HK$ sucks!!

The attorney Barth is upset, Hell I am sure everyone in there, except she and her client feel the same way.
Also why, do they keep calling him her lover? That was obsession on his part.
I doubt she ever slept with him. She had numerous lovers, he was her "lawyer"
and obviously not a very good one, at that.
If I were his mom, I would hang my head in shame. What a disgrace he is.
