Anna Nicole's Mom was an alledged abuser. She also permitted Anna's stepfather to abuse Anna. Anna hated Texas. Anna bought 4 burial plots in the Bahamas, as this was her NEW home. One of those plots was for her. If this judge has one ounce of sense she will be buried in the Bahamas next to her beloved son....period!

ANNA is the one who let this "terrible" woman RAISE her own child for YEARS, so if the terrible mother of hers was so gawd-awful and abusive, what exactly does THAT say about ANS... it was "OK" for this terrible mother of hers to raise her child while she was out stripping, posing nude for Playboy and enjoying her life flitting around. Anna has been shown in videos saying she went and got her child after poor old Marshall took her in. If her mother was as terrible as you and so many others accuse her to be, damn if I would have left MY child with her to raise for years!! PLEASE EXPLAIN THAT PAUL KLINE. Would YOU leave your son with an abusuer and sexual abuser for ANY reasons?????????????

AND, as has been shown and proven yesterday in documents signed by him, HOWARD, NOT ANNA bought 4 burial plots! The fact that HE was the buyer and not Anna has severe implications and is yet one more questionable twist in all this.

http://www.rbpf.org/ this is a web site for the Bahama police, I urged them to protect the child and said I hoped their government would not let people come there to escape the laws and courtorders of the U.S. I also said I have visited the Bahamas many times (which I have often since I live in Florida) but if they don't protect the interests of that baby I won't in the future. In fact I think we all should boycott if they don't intervene for the interest of the baby. EVERYONE SEND AN EMAIL!

49. During the morning's proceedings, at an instance when he was going back and forth with one of the attorneys, Judge Seidlin made a special point of mentioning that he was not reading or listening to anything in the media about Anna Nicole Smith and this case.

And yet, he has previously spoken about Anna Nicole, about finding peace for her etc., in such a manner as to indicate that he has in his mind a perception of her as a person. That she is not just an anonymous name to him.

Well, where did he get this perception? Obviously, from what he had previously read and seen about her in the media.

So I don't get this whole "trying to remain untainted" business. It is impossible to be untainted. But as it is now, he is tainted in a limited way. With the information he came in with a priori.

I would rather someone were reading and watching as much as possible of what is in the media so as to hopefully be able to have more of an informed opionion.

As it is now, Judge Seidlin is not really free of media influence. It is really a matter of timing. Who knows what filtered through to him from the media before he was assigned this case. What impressions he may have had. And how it may affect his final decision.

50. Larry Birkhead is a complete loser. He is smiling in court, shaking hands with everyone and kissing a few of the women observers. He and Anna Nicole's relatives are acting like they are at a social event. Only Howard Stern is sitting quietly looking as if he has lost the love of his life and is really the only one grieving here. It's a 3 ring circus as the vultures circle overhead.

51. Was that Anna's bio father in there? He was sitting in the isle seat and when they left to the chambers he went with them.

HKS is will not give up DNA because he knows he is not the father. What the judge did to say the bio fathers might have a say in where Anna is burried would be an Ace for HKS, and if he though DannieLynn is his he would do it.

52. we need to see the video of Opri saying it. Stern was being booted out of Anna's mansion, that's why he killed her. Had Stern not been in the picture, owner Thompson would likely have helped her get the house. They were friends for 2 years, spending holidays together, hanging out. Then Stern moved in. He leached off her the entire time he was with her. Stern's parents gave him money. What a freaking loser.

55. After watching that video of ANS wacked out on something at 8 months pregnant with that Stern filming and commenting "Are you on mushrooms?" "This will make money", well he is sickening. She should be buried in Texas, her home along with her son IMO. After her son died, I'm guessing no decision she made was her own. Why the Bahamas? She's an American!! Who would want to be buried in another country that you never really lived in? None of this is fair to her daughter either who will probably end up living in the US.

57. They just came back into the court room and I saw Birkhead and his attorney walk across the room over to vigie and shake hands with people there. Birkhead waved his hand as a hello to vergie.

Birkhead you prove more and more each day how much YOU DID NOT LOVE ANNA. Anna hated that woman and if you knew anna as you said you did you would never have gone in cahoots with her.

The judge is wrong that he is there for the best interest of the little girl. The only case he can rule on has to do with how gets to bury the body.

I have to hand it to Howard he is there to do as anna wished and have the body returned where she wanted to be.

He did not have to show up he could as the rest of you idiots feel hide out in the bahamas. I respect you Howard for you trying to stil help anna even after her death.

58. 30. Yes I am a parent and a grandparent. Your arguments have nothing to do with today's case: burial location for ANS. Anna Nicole Smith bought a burial plot next to her son Daniel in the Bahamas. Her will names Howard Stern as executor..he is the one to carry out her wishes. Why would he agree to let her mother take her remains to Texas? Anna Nicole Smith was totally estranged from her mother. What you are saying is that Anna Nicole Smith's wishes should be ignored (despite her will) and her sleazy, white trash mother should override Anna's wishes. Stop being emotional about who or who not is the father...that is NOT the issue in court today...get the facts!

Also consider the son MAYBE brought back to the USA to be buried and then what ANS would be left buried alone in another country.

59. I think that ANS bought the burial plots in the Bahama's because she wants to be buried next to Daniel. I know I would want to be next to my children. As Far as HKS goes, he probably did wnat to be with ANS for the money, but it seems like everyone involved with her was there fro the same reason. She obviously liked to be with him, because he was ALWAYS with her in all the video, pictures etc.... Everyone would like to blame HKS, but the truth is ANS always did things her way, she died the way she lived, Reckless!!!!!! The baby should be tested to see who she belongs to and the given to her real father, WHOEVER the father is. As far as her mother, I understand that she has lost a daughter, but whatever happened in their relationship, ANS wanted nothing to do with her, and ANS made no attemp to hide her feelings toward her mother. I really do feel sorry for her, but it is obvious to everyone that even as crazy as ANS appeaered to be she loved Daniel and would want to RIP beside him.
