62. The judge is an idiot. I thought Ito was bad, this is ridiculous. Opri should be thrown out of court for that statement. She is the most unprofessional lawyer in the courtroom with the exception of the judge.

63. Anyone see Howard's "reunion" with the baby? He's boo-hooing like crazy, but you don't see ONE SINGLE TEAR!! This guy is faking it, it's so obvious. Why don't they do a paternity test and find out for sure who the father is? Too much money at stake, I guess.........

64. I wonder why there has been no talk by the mother's lawyer of also moving Daniel's body and gravesite back to the states. Obviously they would not have any intention of leaving Daniel alone in the Bahamas. Perhaps it has just not been reported in the media.

Let the court get on with the business of giving Anna Nicole's body to the next of kin - her mother, Virgie!!! - and burying her (hopefully in Texas or California) and have Daniel exhumed and buried next to her. Also, get the baby's DNA, so Larry Birkhead can get that baby out of the Bahamas and into a decent home and away from Howard. Let's get on with this court proceeding and stop showboating Ms. Barth!

Have you seen the video that is posted? Clearly he knew a money maker when he saw one and HKS knew that to keep ANS doped out and a trainwreck was his ticket to that money. I have no sympathy for him at all. As for Larry Birkhead, I think he just wants what is rightfully his, a patermity test to determine if Dannielynn is his. It is really all he has asked for throughout this whole thing.

As for grieving, I am sure HKS is grieving the loss of Anna. I'm sorry to say that his grief in my opinion only, is stemming more from a guilty conscience and being scared that he will be accused of her death. I think even he knows it is suspicious that he was present when Daniel died and also when Anna passed away. Let's not forget that he was accused of giving Daniel the methadone that killed him and methadone was found in Anna's "death fridge."

No..I have no sympathy for him at all.

70. HKS's attorney said that Debra Opri made the "murderer" comment to HKS in order to change the dynamics of he courtroom... An old trick!!! Birkhead's team is gaining momentum by the court's comments and HKS's team is in a tailspin.

1. The will said NOTHING about where she wanted to be buried, not a WORD.

2. HOWARD bought the burial plot in the Bahamas NOT Anna Nicole. This was PROVEN on Fox News last night - they showed the document.

3. ANNA'S TWO BEST FRIENDS both told Greta Von Susteren that Anna did not like Howard. They said he was a LEACH. They said she told hiim OVER and OVER again to get out of her house in the Bahamas!!!!!! EVERYONE In Anna's life is saying the same thing. They are all saying they had great relationships with Anna until HOWARD came along and fucked it all up!!!!!! The people Greta interviewed last night has pictures of a GLOWING, COHERENT Anna but they said the minute Stern came around everything changed.

I'll bet that JACKASS broke up Anna and Larry. Every picture I have seen of Anna and Larry, they looked totally in love.

Larry knew what was best for Anna and so does Anna's mom. SHE IS BY LAW THE NEXT OF KIN - SHE CAN DO WHAT SHE WANTS WITH THE BODY. IT doesn't matter what the rest of us think.

72. Last I heard, the Methadone belonged to Anna, not Howard. What would he have to benefit by killing Danny and Anna?

Also, that video clip proved nothing. First of all, who said that Anna was 8 mos pregnant during the filming? She didn't look 8 months pregnant. The baby in the carriage didn't look like an unborn fetus. Last I heard, Anna was a 39 year old woman who was capable of making her own decisions.

Funny, I live in a country where one is innocent until proven guilty - where are the rest of you from??

73. Everyone...let's be real here. The entire situation is a circus and everyone involved are clowns.

Why is it that some of you making comments all of a sudden are looking at Virgie like she has/had ANY love whatsoever for her daughter or her children. Anna has never seemed to have a good relationship with the woman...even before Howard. The fact that she comes out like a cockroach after her Daniel's death is dispicable.

Even if Larry Birkhead is the baby's father, he's dispicable too. Do any of you remember when he first came out and how he came out about being the father? It was perfectly timed right after Daniel died and was on the friggin' news?!!! If he was interested in being that girls father from the jump he would have already made his claims via the proper channels (the court system...not TV) prior to the baby even being born!!!! All of you act like he will be such a good father. Just because someone donates sperm, does not make them a good father! Ask all the children out there with dead beat dads!!! He is a slime like all of them. And what the heck does he have to do with where Anna is laid to rest?

Judge - how in the hell did he get to be a judge? He's so unprofessional and treating this like it's a joke. I hope to God he does the right thing and honors a mother's wishes to be buried next to her son! Since when does a person's wishes have a chance of being overridden by the mother (who was that in name only?) or the ex-boyfriend?!!! The fact that there's even a hearing about this is ridiculous.

Howard - I do think he loved her, but there's is definitely something off about him. I remember back when the Anna Nicole show was on I would look at the TV and wonder...how does he not step in and do something about whatever it is that she is taking that makes her go in public high/drunk/whatever. Wouldn't a friend intervene?!!!!

Honestly...the only person in this that I've seen in the media who makes an ounce of sense and seems to have truly cared about the woman is the bodyguard guy who tried to save her.

Really the whole situation is depressing and a poor indication of this society that we live in that could make a spectacle and a joke of a woman who could not pull herself together for the sake of her children.

I can only pray that Dannielynn grows up to be a strong woman. Unfortunately, if one of these nuts is raising her...it's hard to imagine that happening.
