Stern's DNA Subpoenaed Over Lunch

Howard K. Stern's lawyer told the judge that Stern was served by lawyers for Larry Birkhead with a subpoena during the lunch break in the Florida trial.

He was served with a subpoena for his DNA in California, TMZ has learned.

Judge Larry Seidlin stressed to the California judge that he had asked Stern to appear in Florida for "a limited purpose," after Stern's attorney complained of being unfairly served.

16. you know, if he was the real dad, then Howard K Stern shouldn't make it such a big deal to give up his DNA...he is hiding the fact that he IS NOT the real father. Birkhead IS the real father and that is why he is so open to wanting to settle this once and for all.

17. any honest man would be jumping at the chance to prove his fathership and that everything he's said about being the father wasn't total BS. The slippery slope has commenced for Stern

PS Sharon, get help!!

22. ANYONE HAVE THE FULL LENGTH VIDEO OF ANNA WHACKED OUT ON "MUSHROOMS"?

Posted at 3:16PM on Feb 20th 2007 by lala

23. You gotta know that the judge knew this would happen and secretly wanted it to happen. its the only way to get the paternity ball rolling and the kid to her real father, which for all you delussional fools out there isn't HKS.

24. Since the FL judge has stressed that he compelled HKS to appear for a "limited purpose", the subpoena may very well be over ruled, voided in some way.

Not saying that's right-but it's a possibility.

I agree, if HKS was truly the father, he should have DEMANDED a dna test to prove it right from the beginning.

25. Amen!!! It's obvious they are hiding something and have been since the beginning!!! That little girl needs to know who her father is!

As for the Grandmother - She needs to go back to Texas!!

26. #7 Sharon, yeah but Howard stands to gain a minimum of 10% of Anna's fortune, including the impending nearly one half billion dollars. That's a lot of green bucks...and of course, add in his attortney's fees for handling the Marshall court stuff.

30. cheri, perhaps. But I think that only goes to Howard's testimony in court. Nothing pertaining to what happens during a lunch break, outside of the courtrooml Good point though..I'm not sure.
