32. FINALLY, Stern's free ride in life is finally/hopefully coming to an end soon, and that baby can be raised with love and not be seen as a meal ticket. This "who's your baby's daddy stuff" has gone on way to long!

33. They can serve him all they want.... That doesn't mean he'll show... Plus they need to get the baby's DNA... All the men in the world could supply DNA, but until they get that baby's DNA... 34. It's about time someone ordered Stern to provide the DNA as it's clear he's hiding from being proven not to be the father. Even though a Californian court may have no jurisdiction in the Bahamas, and theoretically Mr. Stern could ignore the subpoena, but he's also a lawyer with the California Bar. If he ignores it, he will be subject to arrest. His hand has been forced.
Larry Birkhead will most likely be proven to be the father.
It's funny too that in today's proceedings, Mr. Stern said that he and Anna Nicole Smith had an open off and on again intimate relationship since 2000 or 2001, yet on a Larry King interview in 2004 after Anna's massive weight-loss on "trimspa...", Larry King asked them both specifically if they were boyfriend and girlfriend and intimate and had they ever been intimate? Anna Nicole Smith said no! Mr. Stern said he had never been her boyfriend or intimate with her either. So was it perjury today??? I can't weight for Birkhead or Arthur's lawyers run that clip in court!!

36. Does anyone share my sentiment that Judge Larry Seidlin certainly appears to favor HKS? The judge made the following comment, " Judge Larry Seidlin stressed to the Calfiornia judge that he had asked Stern to appear in Florida for "a limited purpose," after Stern's attorney complained of being unfairly served.

Sound like that worthless FL judge doesn't want CA judge messing with his boy toy, HKS. Your thoughts?

37. Howard may not be the biological father, but the fact that he is named on the BIRTH CERTIFICATE that Anna Nicole signed means to me that SHE wanted him to have the role of legal father. In her last will she gave the same power to him over her beloved son Daniel in her will. I completely understand why she would have excluded future claims -- if she had more children, she wanted it clear that Daniel was who she was leaving the money she had earned up to that point to. Any future children could get their inheritances from their father and/or money earned after their births. Would the Photog be so wanting to be involved if $$s weren't involved? Even before Anna's death he was talking paternity suit -- BUT ALSO child support FROM Anna. I think Anna would want to be buried in the Bahamas and she would want Howard acting as guardian over her child's interests. She wanted Howard as executor of her estate. Larry can have visitation if he is the father. Howard should not have to have DNA samples done -- whether or not he is the bio father -- he IS the named father and should be the guardian of the the child's financial interests.

39. The question now is if HKS was legally subpoenaed. There *are* situations where you're protected from being subpoenaed, I don't know if this is one of them.
Sounds like it could be, since the judge stressed HKS was brought here for "limited purpose".

If he was not legally subpoenaed, then even the CA state bar won't do anything to punish him for ignoring the subpoena.

LOL, and even if the CA state bar revoked his license, would it really make any difference? Didn't I read that he'd never tried a case, and his only client was ANS?

40. This lying asswipe will be exposed as not being the daddy. It's about time they put his bogus claim to bed ONCE AND FOR ALL! No wonder Larry B. wouldn't have the test done in the Bahamas. Anna was banging everyone in site down there so they would fake the test making HKS the daddy. HKS knows he couldn't get his little dick within 20,000 miles of Anna's pussy!

41. HKS DOES NOT want a paternity test and previouly presuaded ANS to belive he was the father. She was apparently very vunerable. I can see this happening! He sat her down and said to her repeatedly he is the father, convincing her that he was over and over, until she started to believe it....

43. Howard is a reputable man that Anna chose to have in her life. Not her Mother, not Jerk-Head, but Howard. Her interviews from her mouth that he is her BEST FRIEND.
Her will.....gee it said that NO ONE GETS ANYTHING except Daniel. That was five years ago and Howard is still in the picture. Gee....since he is being accused by uneducated citizens as being the "reason" for her drug problem, then after Daniel's death, why did he not draw up another WILL.

Oh...perhaps he just honestly loved her, wanted to be with her and wanted to take care of her. But that simply is not juicy enough....right!

Her loving Mother!!!! Oh yes...the one that is fighting to have her burie in Texas as far away as possible from her beloved Son. So...let's question again why Anna hated her.

And the so called best friend and God Mother to Anna's kids...Jackie Hatten (you know, the brother is in jail for STALKING ANNA according to ANNA) well...has anyone asked her to produce a baptismal certificate to prove she is the GOD MOTHER>

Gee.....all these people claim to have "been" at some time in her life her friend. Hmmm....why did she ditch them all and keep Howard.

44. I don't think anybody knows who the father is, the woman slept around a LOT. That's why Howard is afraid. Could be him, could be someone else. He's afraid he'll be unlucky and lose the baby which is all he has left of Anna. I don't think he knows he's not the father, but I think it is a crap shoot if it's him or not.

Just b/c ANS put HKS as the father on the birth certificate doesn't mean jack...she could have put that under duress. if you even know what that means. the biological father has complete rights to his own child. If Larry is the father, he is not intitled to VISITATION as you put it, he is intitled to complete and total custody of his child, you peon.
try reading a statute book on any state law. aparently you have NO clue on the rights of parents and the children that they birth. Just b/c i give birth to a child and i want someone else to take care of it, doesn't mean that it totally and completey trump the rights of the person who help conceive the child you idiot....
unless that person is UNFIT to parent my child.
