As for Vergie, my heart goes out to her. she has a 28 year career in llaw enforcement behind her, five children, four of which are successful children and one that went the wrong way...for that she has to be judged by the world on what the drug addict daughter says to make her story more like 'Marilyn Monroe'.

I do not for one minute believe there is an once of jealousy in that poor woman although a broken heart is obvious. I would though have anger at that hard-headed child for not listening and letting my Grandson die and leaving a baby in a dangerous situation.

Come on people wake up and see what is really going on here!

77. I think this is a very sad example once again of the media playing with fire. The hype is sooo disgusting and sad that people from all over the world are trying to get involved. They just need to leave the baby with Howard K Stern who ALWAYS loved Anna Nicole, her son, and their baby daughter, he's the only father DL has known and it was Anna's wishes. Let Anna's voice be heard over anyone elses', even her mother who wasn't even a part of her life! This media circus has to stop! Let Anna and Daniel rest in peace and let Howard and the baby move on, as best they can, stay strong Howard!

79. It seems the FL judge sided with Stern about getting served. I don't think that means anything, but stay tuned.

The entire reason for Anna and family moving to the Bahamas was to avoid Birkheads paternity suit. She didn't want to share the baby or risk losing custody because of her drug use. Then she would have to pay huge child support. That baby will never get tested as long as she stays in the Bahamas. Stern will never let the baby be tested. That has been the whole point from before she was born.

80. Cheri, that's a bit harder of a question to answer. Technically, he was properly served as long as he was served under the service procedure laws of CA (which is the court that has jurisdiction on the paternity suit). Presumably he was, as these CA lawyers for Birkhead are not stupid and are going to do everything possible to make the CA courts exert jurisdiction over Stern. Usually, this means he was served by someone authorized to serve someone, and it was done in a US district under which the CA district court can exert some jurisdiction (and CA does allow service outside of state of CA as long as it follows that states laws as well). So technically, he probably was served with the subpoena properly. I mean, you can be served on an airplane, and as soon as you enter over the airspace of the jurisdiction that you have to be served under, someone can serve you. It's not too difficult then. It seems what is the problem here is that the Judge feels that he lured him into it, and it therefore is unfair. Which will then become a battle of the better arguments to see if a CA judge will disallow the service as not sufficient or unfair (again, hard to prove). But the FL judge shouldn't be able to do much about it, since he has no jurisdiction over the CA case (yet).

83. Thanks, FLP! So it will be interesting to see how many court dates get taken up arguing the subpoena situation out.

I realize the attorney had to say *something*, but truly, it's ridiculous for his attorney to say they didn't anticipate he'd be subpoenaed when he hit US soil.

It's still all a moot point until they have the baby's dna anyway..and I think that's going to be even more difficult to obtain.

85. It was a smart move on Larrys side to serve those papers today, particularly when they saw that the judge was leaning on the HKS side. The judge would have gotten him out of here tonight with out even asking him to return. HEY....I still say, pick up HKS water glass and run the darn DNA. Not sure how to get the baby's yet?!? Anna had Howard Marshalls ashes so maybe the 2 double plots were for Daniel, Anna, the "love of her life" (HM), and THEIR daughter! One last thing....Do ya think HKS might be gay?

86. I believe that the subpoena that was issued at court today was from the former court order they had in California. Please correct me if I'm wrong in this, but I understand from Court TV that it was the order to have Dannie-Lynn tested, not Howard just yet!!!

I especially liked it when they were about to do the cross exam with Howard Stern on the stand and "Texas" stood before him boldly asking "why won't you take the DNA"? - Stern's reaction was wow, never expected that!!

The second question, "have you taken the swab from Dannie-Lynn" yet and of course there was an objection by opposing counsel and the Judge.

The Judge was very lenient in this regard as he knew that it was a tactical move from "Texas"...........but it was a great attack imo!!! It really put him in the boxing ring for just a few short minutes!!!

Howard is guilty of something I agree. Doesn't look good. Maybe he manipulate his family too. His family does seem like well educated nice people who love him dearly. Maybe he felt like he wasn't successful enough. Passing the bar is successful to me. Greed, stupidity are all factors. Sometimes people just don't want to believe that their loved one could be guilty of anything.

I have found that it is the liers and the scam artists who yell the longest and the loudest. Give Larry his daughter so he can feed and care for her like a real father. 89. The judge is going to extreme length to protect Howard and that makes the judge biased and unfit to try the case. He tried to block the paternity test, the judge offered Howard a choice of jets to fly out of the country in. Did the judge offer Birkhead and Vergie limosines to go home in? The judge is a biased grasshopper who wants his promised land now and is abusing the law to get it for one of his tribesmen, Howard the @ssclown $tern who served as a drug pusher in the death of Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel. The judge knows this and is helping Stern because they are both non-goys, non-gentiles. They are both little grasshoppers who believe their people are unfairly persecuted even when they murder Anglo Americans in broad daylight. They play innocent victims but they are flagrant murderers.

Silverstein profited by 8 billion dollars for killing Americans in broad daylight. He owned the Twin Towers for only 7 weeks when they were leveled from a series of internally implanted explosives just as building 7 was owned by him and admittedly leveled by him in broad daylight.

These sick men must pay for their crimes. When are Anglo Americans going to step up to the plate and swing back. The grasshoppers are throwing pitches and hitting home runs. When are Anglos going to get in the game and start winning? Anna's family is outnumbered by the "chosen" people. It's time to chose to win. Anglos need to step into the court system and take over where the biased sick grasshoppers are now - as lawyers and judges and start winning for Anna and for Danielynn.

The judge had $tern write his name next to the word "daughter" to help $tern win the paternity suit. The court was abused by the judge today to bring up paternity issues when it was supposed to be about Anna's burial gound. So, Birkhead's rep served a supoena for paternity. The judge started it by helping Stern with an association game. The judge wants people to have a photographic image of Stern writing "daughter - Dannielynn" so they will think it's official and remember it. The judge is biased and a tribesman from Stern's tribe of lost people who've always been jealous of the wealth of other peoples. They are a jealous tribe who steal and kill for money.

90. $tern couldn't cry during his TV interview weeks ago because he has no feelings and no need for Anna anylonger. He's done with her. He used her body and he is moving on. The judge is helping his tribeman $tern to enjoy his ill-gained wealth by offering him jets and priviledged treatment in court. The judge knows it's all about money for his tribesman $tern.

$tern got what he wanted all along: the boat, house in the Bahamas and money as promised by his beloved Yahweh. That's all he's ever wanted - Ya way - as in The Way (to wealth). He did want he could to get his promise fulfiled even if it meant burying a few people.
