91. What I dont understand is why if you were going to serve him with a subpoena it should have also stated that he couldn't leave US soil. That way he would eventually have to bring DL here and than they could have served another one to him for him to bring her forward to get her DNA. 92. #76 It really is unfair to attack Jews, if Howard Stern was practicing the Jewish religion he would not have behaved in such unethical ways as sleeping with his client, assisting her drug use, video taping her high with clown paint on her face saying this footage is worth money, nor would he have delayed treatment of a woman HE SAID (no one else said it) was running a fever of 105. None of this is supported in the jewish religion or culture and it is very unfair to make these remarks. Yes, he is an a--hole and he would be no matter what his ancestry might be.

94. I agree #85, Anna's mom and Birkhead hugging and smiling almost made me sick. Virgie going after Anna's remains was just a set up to get Howard into the US. Birkhead even came out of court and signed an autograph. He doesn't act like he just lost someone he cared about. He says he was with Anna on New Years Eve 2005, but if you do the math it just doesn't come out right. Howard wanted him out of Anna's life because he broke the contract he signed, when he talked to media about Anna's miscarraige. I also read somewhere Birkhead was gay. Remember the Gay Pride Parade. He wasn't the only one employed by Anna, remember Kimie and the beautiful Bobby Trendy. Oh yah! I'm from Mi too.

100. Howard Stern is a very serious pyscho guy. They need to put his butt in jail for life. He has too many exterior motives. He has been with Anna for many years and the stupid sister said on TV that their parents has been supporting him while working with Anna Nicole Smith. I cannot imagine someone going to a law school for many years as a Lawyer and all he does is working with someone for many years without getting paid a penny. The guy (Howar Stern) is a sicko.
