It's about the proper place for her to be buried..and that is with her son..Howard wants to bury her there...so that is my position as well..

153. I respect everyone's opinion here and we all have good points. It's a very sad situation all around, really. The only good part I can see right now is that this baby isn't old enough to realize what is going on.

I can't say that I would sound or look like the perfect "mom" if I were in vergie's shoes. I am far from it and admit belonging to the "human being" club, subject to error just like anyone else.

I haven't watched court TV but to me, the courtroom is- after the fact. I'm sure HKS isn't going in with full blown blood shot eyes as I have picked up in previous photos of him before ANS's death.

Someone mentioned ANS was estranged from her mom for the past 10 years. Isn't that about when HKS came into her life? idk, I just can't help but have anything but my previous opinion about him.

Unfortunately, the cameras and money go with being famous so be it ANS's mom or not, I don't think this is an option...maybe more of a status.

a sad story all around, really so sad. I have one son (4 girls) and I cannot imagine how any mother would feel losing a child especially if they had drugs hanging around regardless of anyone's age. I would be drowning in guilt.

Also, I don't think any family is perfect and as far as being a mom goes, I think I make mistakes everyday. no I take that back, , I know I make them! I try to learn from them but the next thing I say to myself is usually, "darn, why did I go and say or do that again!" just being honest.

I hope and pray that the courts can cut through it all and do what's best for this baby, the baby's grandmother and the baby's father (I'm hoping it's not HKS!).
again, just my opinion about about him.

hopefully the baby will have a good relationship with her grandmother, she deserves at least that, her grandmother and, her gramma wants her which I believe is from the heart. ( that's what I'm guessing).

let's face it, she's (ANS's mom) has taken a big loss whether you like her or not, she's lost her daughter and grandson, forever.

It's kind of unfair to judge her unless you've experienced such a loss. I really don't have to, I've been a paramedic for a dozen years and seen enough that I really don't see any sense in being mean, life is just too short. I think the baby would want to be with her grandmother. (and father of course)

Howard had to beg for a piece of "her gravy train". Very strange but yet telling comment. ANS was a gravy train.
IF I did not know better I would think you are HKillerStern.
This is exactly the twisted, demented ranting I would expect from him. I do not believe his carefully restrained performances.
I bet he was/is an explosive personality, especially when thwarted or confronted. He is a dangerous, dangerous character.

HKS wants ANS buried in the Bahamas because Trim Spa plans to have a grand opening there when she is buried. HKS will get a million bucks just for that.

I hope HKS rocks in jail or hell. He couldn't even produce the original copy of ANS' will today. REMEMBER she signed the last page, he could have switched all the other pages to anything he wanted it to say since she isn't here anymore.

HKS is doing paid interviews left and right to keep getting money off of ANS while she is hot - just like when she was alive.

I saw ANS in 1995 after drug rehab and she was so refreshing. Then in 1996 she hooked up with HKS and he determined that her weakness was drugs and used it to weave his slimy body into her life. Just imagine what she would have become if she had never met him. Both she and Daniel might still be alive.

158. Virgie, I believe was a good mother, who loved all her children. I bet ANS was a hard to control child and had to have her A _ _ beat to keep her in line. She was very rebellious and did not like her parents telling her what to do.

Since Virgie was a cop she has to keep her emotions under cover and not show how she really feels. She did not make Anna do drugs - HKS did !!!!!!!!!!!

159. Hello!!! Anna loved stern. he was one of the few people that she trusted regardless of what you all think! Thats a fact and you cant change that. Why are you blaming him for Annas death? You should be looking at that doctor that was prescirbing her drugs illegally. He didnt force anybody to do anything! HELLO! Let Anna Rest in Peace already .She needs to be with her son. I think its sad that Virgie is lying on the witness stand. FIrst, she told Dr. Keith Ablow, on his show. that Anna was 16 when she took her to live with her aunt in Mexia, not 17, like she told the judge. It might not mean much to anyone, but it looks terrible to be a mother that gives up on your child when your child is 16, whereas at 17, kids are considered to have reached their majority, in texas. She also has gone on record saying that Anna was into "partying" LOOOONG before Howard came in the picture, this is one of the "problems" that Virgie had with Anna. Anna was "paryting" as a teenager. Maybe she wasnt taking prescription meds as a teenager but she was definitely doing something she should not have. Virgie needs to review all the interviews she has done over the last few months, and realize that she may be perjuring herself.

163. This is another amazing thing the son dies 5 months ago and then she dies and believe me drugs are going to be a part of this death.
The woman is not responding and you do not call an ambulance I would also say he was involved but I have seen all the interviews and I do not remember the mother saying that she killed her son but making a comment that he killed her son only because he was the last one to be with him before his death.

Another thing people that are on drugs will say and do anything to get the drugs and I do believe that Howard helped them get those drugs he picked them up at the PO box to take them to her.
You have to understand what she wanted and what he wanted to supply these drugs to get her to go to his side.
I would like to know what the people at the hospital must have heard when she awoke and found her beloved son dead there is some real evidence there

It is so obvious what this guy has done. It is not coincidence that everything in this case is mucked up in courts everywhere even out of the country by a lawyer Howard Stern. Also amazing she is controlled by him even in death. He thinks he has gotten away with it but the Lord is watching. I believe he has matched O.J. in the sickest mind catagory. He won't talk his way out of things before the ultimate Judge!
