168. 27. She buried Daniel in the Bahamas only because Howard convinced her that's where they had to stay to keep Birkhead from doing a drug test on the baby.
Does anybody else find it strange that Howard (his own admission) is the one who bought the plots next to Daniel not just for him and Anna, but for an INFANT Danilynn, as well? Anna would roll over in her grave, oops....I mean off the table at the morgue....if she knew she had to spend all eternity next to Stern with no escape!!
I SAY DIG UP DANIEL AND BURY THEM BOTH IN TEXAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You don't just dig people up after they have been LAID TO REST (in peace?) She buried him there because that's what SHE wanted!!!! ANS DID NOT want to be buried in Texas, she fought her way out of that place and AWAY from her meddling mother. Obviously she wanted to be buried there herself, with her son. If the judge sides with the mother, that's pure B.S. Also, ANS, did in fact want to stay in the Bahamas, to keep Larry from doing the DNA test, and causing more problems for her. I personally think ANS didn't know who the father was either as there were so many possiblities. HKS could very well be the babies father,?? I personally think it's the Princes baby myself!

169. What kind of judge is this? He is supposed to be impartial and instead comments after seeing a tape of the deceased calmly saying she can't stand being around her mother and doesn't want her mother near her or the child and then the whacko judge says "now you have standing in my eyes" or something like that. He doesn't sound very impartial to me.

170. Anna Nicole needs to rest in peace. It doesn't matter what she did in life, what matters now is whats going to happen to Dannilynn. From all I have seen or heard, Howard is the one she wanted to be there for her and he always was, and NOT for the money-such as her own mother. I can tell by just looking at her that she is in it for the money. She has had nothing Good to say about her daughter and visa-versa. when it is even on tape how much she hated her abusive mother, Vergie has alot of guts to show up in the midst of all of this, let alone trying to get a peice of Anna's money and granddaughter that she could have cared less about and was probably the reason Anna grew up the way she did. if you ask me, the only killing thats been done here is Anna Nicole's spirit by her own digusting, abusive goldigger of a mother. it's proof, it's on tape how she dispised her mother. Maybe if she would have been a decent mother, ANS would still be with us today and Danilynn would still have her mother. Unlike ANNA. Now in court and he interviews I have seen , her own mother won't let her rest. instead she is making hurtful remarks about her own daughter in the time of her death. SCREW YOU VERGIE! Someday you will get yours! And i hope people talk about you the way you talk about your own daughter while you are being embalmed!

171. It is very disturbing to me from reading all the blogs on this subject that it is most apparent that there are SO many dysfunctional folks out there. I can see how women get duped by men when I read all the females that think Stern really loved her. Avoid relationships until you get your head on better.
The name calling from others is just so immature and shows a lack of intelligence in responding intelligently. Consider night school.
The bottom line is the biological father should have his child with him and if through dna niether of the men in the courtroom is that then the grandmother should get the child as her grandmother. You should pay attention to the fact that all of her other children who are not on drugs and did not have a HS are in good relationship with her and all of their children are alive, unlike Daniel who is not.
The body should go with the mother as ANS was not of sound mind to make decisions and Daniel should be exhumed and moved back to the States.
Period.

173. Anna Nicole gave the Methadone to Daniel and it killed him. Daniel did everything his mother told him to do. Anna Nicole would have eventually been charged for involuntary man slaughter. She new she killed him and her guilt killed her.

175. Oh man, the judge just put Harold on the spot about the prescription
drugs. I like this judge right now because he has Howard by the balls hehe. Court TV just showed the fridge pic courtesy of TMZ! He
mentioned she took Topamax, that is a drug used to treat epilespy or
migraines. I used to take it for my headaches, and guess what one of
the side effects is? Weight loss. TrimSpa is crap! Harry said he
didn't keep track of everything she took. Oh please. If he gave a
shit about her, he would have known.

178. Really don't know what to make of this one-all the major players involved seem to have had an interest in Anna, being moneywise. And, cashing in on her misfortune, and the death of her son. My gut told me from the start, that foul play was involved, in Daniels death, and possibly Annas. The truth will come out eventually. The whole trial was a media circus, and I'm wondering now, how much was Anna really worth-except for the promise of the fortune to come? And I have no respect for her Mom , Howard, or Larry. I think they all are trying to cash in on her-and thats wrong. Not passing judgement here-but the obvious signs are there.Hope she can RIP now-but, not likely.
