17. I agree with the first poster. That woman is a piece of work.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to determine that if Anna had her choice, she'd rather decisions about her body be made by Howard than Virgie. C'mon, she publicly, repeatedly said how much she hated Virgie, whereas she was constantly with Howard and living with Howard. She had free will. She made her choice of who to trust and that choice is obvious. It's not for any of us to judge it. She is the one who lived with those people and knew the most about them.

18. How can you tell if what Anna said about her mother was true? SHe always seemed so drugged up, I would never take anything she said as being accurate. I think she was Howard's puppet, and most of what she said came from him.

20. I can't believe it. I've just watched Stern's lawyer present that video from Entertainment Tonight and no one on Vergie Arthur's or Larry Birkhead's team brought up the fact that Entertainment Tonight PAID Howard K. Stern and that they have been acting as his PR firm in order to continue receiving access to the story because it has been generating big ratings for them!

Do Arthur's lawyers and Birkhead's lawyers even know about the monetary connection between Howard K. Stern and Entertainment Tonight? How could they not? It's all over the internet. Could they possibly be so clueless?

Anything from Entertainment Tonight comes in compromised from the get-go and no one is mentioning this in court?

28. She buried Daniel in the Bahamas only because Howard convinced her that's where they had to stay to keep Birkhead from doing a drug test on the baby.
Does anybody else find it strange that Howard (his own admission) is the one who bought the plots next to Daniel not just for him and Anna, but for an INFANT Danilynn, as well? Anna would roll over in her grave, oops....I mean off the table at the morgue....if she knew she had to spend all eternity next to Stern with no escape!!
I SAY DIG UP DANIEL AND BURY THEM BOTH IN TEXAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

29. STOP RAGGING ON VERGIE ARTHUR!!!!!! She gave up on Anna a long time ago but she is NOT ABOUT READY TO GIVE UP ON THAT BABY!! Anna hated her because all drug addicts HATE the person who won't enable them. Anna's mother didn't put up with her bullshit the way Howard did. Find me a druggie who likes it when their mom tells them to stop!!?? Her mother was a respected deputy sheriff for over 20 years people - she tried to get Anna to stop stripping, drugging a long time ago which is more than I can say for Howard. Remember when Daniel died and Anna was screaming at him that he killed Daniel??!! Anna was so drugged out in her ET interviews -- Stern was probalby telling her what to say. Go Vergie and Go Larry!! Also, Anna did not buy that Bahamian burial plot - STERN DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

30. Virgie should not shed a tear . In court it is not veiwed as any form of honesty . Most judges hate it as a way to gain favor . I wish those who would slam this woman would do their homework and do some searches instead of looking at her as " fat " or " mean " . From what I have found she was very protective of anna as a young girl and helped raise Daniel . Vergie like both Marshall and Birkhead . She did not like HKS . Figure out the rest as your brain needs the excersise .
