Stern: Virgie Accused Me & Anna of Killing Daniel

16. I can't believe it. I've just watched Stern's lawyer present that video from Entertainment Tonight and no one on Vergie Arthur's or Larry Birkhead's team brought up the fact that Entertainment Tonight PAID Howard K. Stern and that they have been acting as his PR firm in order to continue receiving access to the story because it has been generating big ratings for them!

Do Arthur's lawyers and Birkhead's lawyers even know about the monetary connection between Howard K. Stern and Entertainment Tonight? How could they not? It's all over the internet. Could they possibly be so clueless?

Anything from Entertainment Tonight comes in compromised from the get-go and no one is mentioning this in court?

22. STOP RAGGING ON VERGIE ARTHUR!!!!!! She gave up on Anna a long time ago but she is NOT ABOUT READY TO GIVE UP ON THAT BABY!! Anna hated her because all drug addicts HATE the person who won't enable them. Anna's mother didn't put up with her bullshit the way Howard did. Find me a druggie who likes it when their mom tells them to stop!!?? Her mother was a respected deputy sheriff for over 20 years people - she tried to get Anna to stop stripping, drugging a long time ago which is more than I can say for Howard. Remember when Daniel died and Anna was screaming at him that he killed Daniel??!! Anna was so drugged out in her ET interviews -- Stern was probalby telling her what to say. Go Vergie and Go Larry!! 24. She buried Daniel in the Bahamas only because Howard convinced her that's where they had to stay to keep Birkhead from doing a drug test on the baby.
Does anybody else find it strange that Howard (his own admission) is the one who bought the plots next to Daniel not just for him and Anna, but for an INFANT Danilynn, as well? Anna would roll over in her grave, oops....I mean off the table at the morgue....if she knew she had to spend all eternity next to Stern with no escape!!
I SAY DIG UP DANIEL AND BURY THEM BOTH IN TEXAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE LOOK AT THE INITALS of ANNA on this "FAKE" Will!!

The Initials at the bottom of each page don't match, especially when you look at Anna's signature on page 13 & the last page 15. Who knows if Anna even read this will, or could understand it.

12, ( "M" is rounded)
Page 13 Looks like James Khavarian printing NOT Anna's!! Look at the tail on "v" and the shape of the "m".
**Page 15 ( I think are Anna's "REAL" Initals) *** The other initals look like James Khavarian ("V's, L's & M's) as the way he prints his name on page 15 of the will.****** Look at page 13 of will (( WHICH NAMES HOWARD TO HAVE CONTROL )) and they look like James Khavarian ("V's, L's & M's)!! NOT ANNA's *****
Someone needs to get a hold of Kimmy Walther, Anna's Ex Assistant, who also signed the will, and see if this is what she remembers seeing, reading, and signing off on as a witness.
With Daniel dead, it would leave Howard with TOTAL control over Anna's Estate, because she "OMITTED any other FAMILY".
Hmmmmm very Interesting.
P.S..... Howard K. Smith insults our intelligence, by wanting us to believe that he has never made a "Dime" from Anna, but Anna was his "ONLY" client. I want to see Howard's parents bank records,showing support for his apartment, car, etc., if in fact his parents were supporting Howard for 10 years!!!

I hear a lot of hate toward ANS's mother - did she allegedly abuse ANS - I've heard that the father supposedly did - this would explain what became of ANS - if there was any sexual abuse by anyone when she was a child, I think that would explain the sexual appetite (added by the drugs) - that said, I think ANS's mother was right in trying to get rid of HS - ANS needed to get to rehab - truthfully, I don't know how ANS was able to keep custody of Daniel after her reality show - and again, HS didn't intervene to shelter what this kid saw, He was of no help - recently, a child was taken away from their parents because they had sex in front of the child - I've seen allegations that ANS did the same (albeit from her estranged half/sister so this could be money motivated lies, but....her antics leave room for belief) Why doesn't the law step in when celebrities are involved? Do you think if you did half the things that ANS or Britney have done that have been photographed, social services wouldn't be at your door? I know they've visited Britney already, but....step it up a notch.

29. I think Howard is being honest! imo.. he may not be the baby's father but I think he's being honest on the other things. Anna didn't like her mother and when they showed her mothers face after looking.. no tears, no nothing but an evil nasty ugly look!

I think its really sad.. Anna should be next to her son imo. Her mother needs to go back to Texas and leave them alone.

30. Stern is a gold digging, money hungry drug addict (anyone can see that in the photos). This circus should not be taking place. The father needs to be identified ASAP. Anna's mom is doing right and she should have custody of Danielynn until the father is announced if they ever find the real father.
No, i don't believe that Anna's and Daniels bodies should be separated they should be burried together whether in Texas or Bahamas. Vergie should be the one to decide as Stern was not her husband, he is her attorney. If Daniels coffin has to be resumed....I say do it. The only reason Daniel is burried in the Bahamas is because Anna was never coming back to the states so the identity of Danielynns father would be identified. She knew Stern was not the father. I hope that Birkhead or Marshall is the father. Stern needs to go to jail for killing Daniel and Anna before he kills Danielynn. I don't believe that Anna was abused in anyway by her mother. Stern is a liar. An attorney....a paid bullshitter!
