That judge is the stupidest person who EVER lived!
In my humble opinion,
The stupid judge is showing what an idiot he is on nationally TV.
I KNOW more than that pinhead does.

I think ET Mark Steinen is practically living with Howard Stern BEFORE and
after this mess. Together it appears ET and Howard Stern were setting Anna up.
And if Mark Steinen from ET is sooooo close to them and was going to attend
their wedding was he also BLIND?????

They are all NUTS and I hope that Baby ends up with Birkhead and I hope he is
slightly okay.

50. Her mom as per ANS said was very abusive towards her which explains a lot of the issues ANS had. ( Been there).

The Judge is making this a circus.

Lesson learned: Always keep your wills and paperwork up to date.

Seemingly . custody to Vergie would be putting a child back into the same abuse ANS went through.

Stern just looks tired and subdued. Not drugged.

I have to wonder at the stacking of posts in favor of an abusive family???

This is a legal nightmare.

54. I do not like Howard K. Stern. I feel that he is hiding alot! Whether or not Anna and her Mother were estranged should not be a factor. Her Mother apparently had reason for not agreeing with Anna's life style and feared for her safety. She has lost a daughter and grandson who were both so young.I also would be deeply concerned for little Daneilynn's welfare. Since Anna does not have a husband I feel that the right thing to do would is to award her Mother Burial rights and if her feelings for Stern are very strong about his involvement with the death of her family I would have Daniel moved to Texas to be with ANNA. I really feel that Stern EXPLOITED ANNA.

Virgie's getting paid by ABC - they are paying for all those lawyers of her. Birkhead's on some other network's payroll - neither of them are paying for the dozen or so lawyers that each have.

And for you all who are harping on about "why didn't HKS stop her from doing drugs if he really cared" are you kidding? Do any of you actually know any drug addicts? Spend time with them, have them in your family? Sometimes all you can do is try and stick by them, do a little damage control. Even that proves too much for many people.
