19. I agree that this is such a disgrace. Now even the judge wants his 15 mins of fame. Why are they all allowing this circus to continue for so long... I say, not one of them really cared about Anna or else they would not allow this travesty to continue. What a low down shame.... One of the saddest things I have ever experienced...

20. Anna's body needs to be buried in the Bahamas next to Daniel. If Anna had wanted to be buried in TX -- that is is where she would have buried Daniel ... end of story.

She put Howard's name on the birth certificate in an area where that is all it takes to declare paternity. She gave guardianship of her son to Howard in her last will in a country where that is what it takes for legal guardianship to be established.

She also named Howard as the executor of her will so he could dictate her wishes after her death.

I think this whole debacle in Florida is an obscene misuse of public (court) funds and DannieLynn's resources if her mother's estate is charged in any way for any of these people other than Howard & his lawyers.

Hopefully the biological people are footing their own bills.

I would get irritated with the attorney's in this case too. First of all, HKS' attorney seems totally unprepared (she kept saying yesterday "I didn't have time to _______ (fill in the blank), and the attorney he kept calling "Texas" just kind of got up there and stumbled so badly that the judge wanted the other lawyer to take over questioning. They (they attorney's) are drawing this out and as the judge said, they are very very limited on time since ANS is decomposing quicker than they thought. So, I agree with you, he does seem irritated and can not say that I blame him at this point.

24. What a sad case and what a typical Hollywood story.

Celebrities have hangers on like Howard Stern that cling to them like barnacles on a whale. I have no doubt that Howard Stern was continuing to ingratiated himself in her business affairs and used her addiction to prescription drugs to HIS advantage.

I believe that Howard Stern will eventually be held culpable for her death. Some of the prescriptions for downers were in his name and he fed them to her.

I suspect he was just a few days or weeks away from becoming a beneficiary of his will.

I hope the case resolves quickly so we can get back to worrying about huge tragedies like our young people dying in Iraq.

25. Judge Judy would have this legal mess under wrap by now. I say let HKS have the body so that he can bury her next to Daniel, however, the baby should be taken away from him.

26. They can ALWAYS bury the corpse in the Bahamas - then exhume and relocate to box of garbage to another location when the daughter is old enough to make that choice.

My guess would be that she'll be smart enough at some point to know what a horrible person her mother really was, and won't give a sh*t either way.

29. WTF?? Why doesn't HKS just go ahead and get the facts out?? He was in control of ANS's mind because he had her so drugged all the time, furthermore, the move to the Bahamas, the supposed "marriage" and the paternity of the birth of Dannielynn was nothing more than a BUSINESS transaction between ANS & HKS... The worst part of all this is, HOW ARD IS A LOSER when it comes to any kind of legal advice and or knowledge of being a husband/father!!! He got DANIEL out of the way, then ANS and there should now be GRAVE concerns for that baby!!! Once the baby is out of the picture and he is granted a "legal marriage", HE is the only one who is next in line for that money... he should rot in hell!!!

30. This judge is making a mockery of this entire proceding. Is this what our judicial system is really like? He is acting for the camera and it makes me sick that this is a "real" judge. For example, what was the importance of asking the lawyer this morning where the "O" at the beginning of his name came from. What is the possible relevance of that?? His behavior is disgusting!
