22. i think that the authorities need to start questioning stern about both anna nichole and her sons deaths.i seriously doubt daniels death was an accident,i think stern knew excactly what he was doing and what would happen when he gave daniel those drugs.
and now anna nichole?i wont be surprised when her death is ruled the same as her sons.this guy is after her money!i just pray to god theres some kind of stipulation about the money having to go to charity or something in the event of the baby passing otherwise she will be next.i hope they realize what this guy is up to and lock him up and put that poor baby with nice sane people.

24. I am a California attorney who also teaches law students. We are tracking the case and the hearing.

So far my predictions have proved true about various aspects of the ANS situation.

Last week we held an exercise on identifying the various claims, parties, issues and events that may become issues.

We pretty much concluded BEFORE HKS's testimony that he was a POS and that he contributed to ANS death, not intentionally, but at least to a negligent or reckless standard. Moreover, based on Larry's truthful testimony about the yellow duffel bag with drugs and HKS's evasive testimony, I suspect HKS may face criminal prosecution for supplying ANS with illegally obtained drugs.

As events have unfolded in Court it's becoming clear that HKS is the bad actor in this case. He appears to have attempted to control ANS by feeding her drug habit [which he feigned to know little about when he testified] and engaging in acts to make it appear the ANS intentions were hers when in fact it was simply HKS attempting to weave a web around the money he saw coming his way in the future.

I am thankful that the Judge kept HKS in the Court [the original plan was he was going to be let go yesterday. I suspect the Judge has a better picture of this thieving clown which is why he ordered him to stay today and tomorrow.

It sickens me to see HKS pretending to care about the child and ANS. But fortunately as each day passes he keeps getting more and more rope to hang himself.

I can only hope that the California State Bar is looking at starting disciplinary proceedings against him and that he will eventually be disbarred.

It has clearly come out that HKS is a disgrace to the legal profession. He has violated California Bar Rules prohibiting sexual relations with clients, he wormed his way into

28. Wow I sign my husbands checks all the time. Tell me you people don't!!! Anna should have been supporting him, he was the only one that was there for her and took her abuse. Watch the Anna Nicole Show and watch how she treated Howard. YOU PEOPLE ARE SO COLD!!! I really truly believe he loved her so much he did not know how to get her off of the drugs.

For anyone out there who knows the laws of banking, guess what, if you do not have an authorized signature authority on a banking account, or a power of attorney over someones assets, guess what, by signing a check because you were directed to do so, when you sign... you broke the law in many states. This protects an asset/stake holder.
