54. Kathy...I'm sure Anna was brainwashed...have you seen many of her interviews when she was with Howard? She looks wacked out!

I beleive he didn't like the way she behaved in front of the cameras either!! Watch some of the videos they show with the 2 of them...when she's putting on her Marilyn Monroe act. HE DOESN'T LIKE IT ONE BIT.

gold digger Boy Howie. The only bond that he had was the $$$$. As far as where he Mother was , she appeared to do the best that she could to teach her child right from wrong. The christian thing for the "want to be father" person is to let the DNA go forward and let the baby go to her real Father. Perhaps your prayers may be more effective than mine???

57. I can't stand Stern's lawyer. She is one of those fast talkers who thinks she can push her thoughts down everyone's throat. She is lieing as much as Stern is. Her explanation for the date on fax, "the date was wrong, let me have his wife fax something to this court" like the wife can't back date the fax. Some folks use common sense. The date and time are programed when you set the fax up. You will NEVER convince me that an attorney has a fax machine in his home that has the incorrect date and/or time on it. Documents which are faxed to an attornery are important parts of court proceedings and date and/or time on a fax could win or lose a case. I worked for a woman who had a business in her home and I used her fax machine many times. The date was never wrong. You don't set the date and time each time you send a fax. Miss mouth said the fax was sent to her on Feb 12th at 1 something. That does not even match the time that shows on the fax in question . That time is 2 something. The whole thing is a circus. How does a man who says Anna was his only client and he took care of all her business not know if he is part of her corporation. How can he say he doesn't remember if he read the will or was present for the signing. Doesn't your attorney go over your will with you before you sign it. He made himself look really bad with some of his answers. I think a lot of people, including myself , might look at him differently if he would submit to and present the baby for the dna test. What does he have to hide if he is in fact the father. For him to appear to be stupid on the stand is a coverup. The man is smart and you had better believe he knows the law and he knew just where to go to hide. I don't know if he had anything to do with either death, but his actions have shown beyond a doubt that he is keeping something undercover about that baby. I swear everytime they show him holding that baby she is crying unless she is asleep. I just want them to find out who her father is.

59. Howard Stern is a very sick man. My greatest fear is that he feels
Anna owed him everything and the thought that Larry Birkhead might get the baby
would push him over the edge. I fear he will harm the baby and then harm himself.
He is a man at the end of his rope. He is a fool for all the world to see. Now he has
no Anna, no meal ticket and probably is going to jail. I fear he will commit suicide.

60. #58, Mr. Brown I concur with your excellent recitation of the facts so far. I thnk it is very likely that there will be an investigation and indictment of HKS for provideing/facilitating the drugs to ANS before and during the pregnancy. If the rumor that hospital records show that the baby was positive for methadone when born are true, HKS is facing serious jail time for his part in this. Judges and juries do not like greedy bas***ds who are indifferent to the potential for harm to a child.

I suspect that this will happen sooner than later, in the next 3-4 months, and faced with jail time HKS will either work out a deal to get probation, or more likely, wind up facing 3-5 years at a minimum in a California jail.

Following a conviction, I can see the family of ANS and/or Birkhead getting custody of the child. She should be with her blood relatives, and without HKS able to prove paternity in a US court, the child would go to whoever her father is and/or her mother's family.
