Birkhead: Stern Taunted Me, Gave Drugs to Sick Anna

Larry Birkhead alleged on the witness stand that during a hospital stay in April 2006, when Anna Nicole Smith was ill and several months' pregnant, that Howard K. Stern and Anna Nicole had "a duffel bag" full of drugs with which they would supplement the hospital's dosages.

Birkhead added that Anna Nicole made "a baby book" while in the hospital, in which she identified Birkhead as the dad, and Howard K. Stern as "Uncle Howard." Nearing tears, Birkhead described his efforts to help Anna get past her drug problems at her Studio City home in May 2006.

He also suggested that Stern was "romantically interested" in Anna Nicole but that the love was unrequited. Birkhead said that Stern challenged Birkhead's paternity, and taunted him with the possibility that South Carolina businessman Ben Thompson might be the actual father.

4. I feel sorry for Larry Birkhead. He is not in this for the money...he seems to be the ONLY one who has not made a dime from her death..in fact, he has spent money filing lawsuits, hiring an attorney, even buying baby toys and building a nursery in his home the very MONTH Dannielyn was born. He hasn't even met her yet because AKS wouldn't allow it. He also was dumped by Anna because he wanted to get her off of the drugs and she wouldnt have it..she told him she was checking into rehab, then fled the country with HKS to the Bahamas while pregnant instead.

9. I never really saw much of Larry but I have to say after seeing him and pictures of the baby........... he must be the father. The baby looks just like him!

I feel sorry for Howard. Anna had him as her boy toy to do what she wanted. He loved her so much he did what ever it took to keep her in his life. He truely loved her.

What a contrast to Howard K. Stern:
Larry is demonstrating himself to be a gentleman, honest, sincere, caring and concerned. Howie Boy just gave us further evidence of what a greedy CAD he is and always has been.

14. Dawn...you are right!! I have been watching that cup closely and I think he might have set Howard's on the floor to his right . It still will not do alot of good because they still need the baby's DNA.
