166. If ANS delivered her baby in the US that baby would have been tested for drugs and it would be a DYFS case, ANS would not have been allowed to take that baby home with her. Surely that baby had to have suffered some ill effects from ANS drug use during her pregnancy.

167. At first I thought Howard was somehow in charge and was involved with the major descisions made. After hearing him yesterday, I feel he was the one constant person in her life. He was there good times or bad - no one else was and everyone judged her - except him. Now I see that Anna was in charge - possibly he should have stepped up to the plate sooner and protected her more, but she was the boss. Their deaths were unfortunate accidents. Howard's employment is over but the will does say he is the executor and she did buy the plot so I am not even sure about all of these disputes are about. I would love to know exactly who's choice the Bahamas was, but I am certain Anna ran the show so it was her wishes. She looks as tho she was on drugs for years - her choices were her choices....she definately should have changed the will after Daniel died....that's the sad, and difficult part.

168. HKS is not going to leave the Bahamas willingly and bring the baby. And under Bahamian Law he is the legal father. SO, I think that one way or another, they are going to put the sqeeze on him and he is going to be arrested for the Credit Card fraud and bad checks and he will be extradicted from the Bahamas on that basis. By that time, he will have NO home to go to because the Thompsons will have evicted him. And are Big Moe and the team going to stick with HKS when he can't pay them? HOW is he paying them now?

171. All of you that support Larry Birkhead are stupid. If he so called loved Anna and his so called baby, why did he not report to the hospital that Howard and Anna not just howard, brought the duffel bag in the hospital. The court record will show that LB said Howard and Anna. If he loved her so and had reported this ANNA may be alive today.

174. LB I agree with you I am a retired Law enforcement Agent. In the state of SC if you are in the presence of someone doing a crime and you do not try to stop it or report it you are equally as GUILTY. Why is this Judge not asking the right questions???????

175. WHOA! #37 B rud-u said it all, that was so inciteful and succinct!!!! I am not going to read anymore posts on this, cause u done wrapped it all up and good...You are so right. about all of them, especially Birkhead...ANS made it clear when she was alive that she didnt want him around...he's trying to come off like they had an "understanding and relationship" (with miscarriage of prior child, so he says)...blah,blah.blah. see the video on TMZ of ANS at nightclub with him and HKS, and she is giving Dr. Kapoor a lap dance, with Birkhead smiling and watching and encouraging her...and you can tell, she's just playing up to the camera. AND YOU ARE SO RIGHT BOUT THE MARSHALL MONEY!!!, thats the only reason he's in the picture...I so hope DANNILYNN is not his child. At least HKS is a lawyer and educated (even if he hasnt worked in the past 2 years) and will take care good care of Daniellynn. He's the only one that REALLY cared about ANS.
And this situation with not burying her yet is a disgrace. I think ANS was so heartbroken about Danny that she wanted to die and be with him. and so she did.

179. HKS is the epitome of fatal attraction. He was so obsessed with ANS that he would take her any way he could get her. The ultimate enabler. So long as she was addicted, he could control her. No other way. ANS wasn't a stupid woman, but she was a sick woman and had too many "yes" people around her. I'm just thankful that she'll be buried next to her son and can now finally rest in peace.

180. First of all I would l would like to add that no one can say that anyone isn't in this for the money. I don't think the accusations of Howard Stern were correct when he was portrayed as "sponging off of Anna". Number one, he was her legal advisor for however many years and hasn't charged her a dime. So should he get nothing from her all through the years? NO! She should have paid for his shoes and his trips and his dinners. And she did, at her own choice. He didn't force her to keep him in the house. And he didn't hold a gun to her head to move her to the Palms. If she loved her son as she said she did, she would not have let him be around Howard if he was the monster he has been portrayed. She probably would have been dead sooner had someone not been there 24/7 to pick her up when she fell, no disrespect intended. Just the truth. You go Howard! Anna wouldn't have named him as the father if he was a bad person. On the other hand, poor Larry, he needs closure if this isn't his little angel and to get her in his arms if it is. We all have to remember that Anna afterall was an actress and I will leave it at that. Now all these broken people are left to pick up her mess and that is what is so sick. It's sad and it's pathetic. And don't forget these aren't the only two possible fathers. What will happen to thebaby if none of the living prove to be her father? As sketchy as it may sound what if it is her late husbands inseminated sperm? Who would get this baby then? Next of kin or name on certificate or someone in the late hubby's family? Wow what a mess I pray for you all. Especially you Howard. Like they read this crap anyway but ya never know. Good luck to all and may everyone find the peace they are looking for. Anna has found her peace already. A body is a body, her lively vivacious soul is already gone. Why can't people ever get that?
