34. Birkhead is the only creditable witness. He is so sincere and caring, I don't see how he put up with Anna, she was a mess. I have always thought Lary is the father. If HKS was the father he would be throwing DNA at them, begging them to do the test.

35. They are ALL greedy including the judge, but boy did he go easy on Vergie, who is the definition of white trash. Po and Dumb white trash, she and her family remind me of teh fictionalized family in Million Dollar Baby that cme to Hillary Sawnk character's bedise to get her to sign her will an dstuff over to them after visiting Disney, she who has been married 6 times, has at least 3 different fathers for all of her kids and raised Anna to be a stripper and pose with her vagina exposed to make a name for herself(boy she raised her great!), Anna was in such a rus to get away from her mom then that she gets marrried at 17 to a 165 year old and is knocked up by the time she is 18...come on, does that speak of good parenting,hadn't seen her in 12 years and admitted she can not do basic addition and subtraction that an eight year old can do. She didn't do a very good job the first and second time around at rasing anybody, the idea that she shoudl have a hsot at screwing up a 3rd generation is ludicrous...why are all today's commentors acting all sorry for her? Would any of them or you want her undeiucated, illiterate self raising your children?

She admittedly only saw Anna when Anna paid for the airline ticket and hotel room for her to come. Anna made it clear she didn't want ot be anywhere near her mom and jjnust watcxhing her smirk and flirt witht he judge and male lawyers and act indignant and fake cry when the female lawyer asker her basic questions was sickening.

Anna must have been rolloing over when she brought her stupid lying self to gawk at her in the ME's office, even if she was on drugs over the years, she had enough presence of mind to do many other things, even in her clear thinking lucid moments she was not calling her mom and never stepped fioot back into hillbilly texas except when she was trying t cash in for her greedy self on a dead man's money that she knew for all of 4 years and take it away from his kids, he did not leave her in his will, he gave her 8 mill while he was alive and thought that suffucient, as would most to say 2 mil a year is alot for services rendered or unrendered or the privilege of looking at her, Vrgie kept saying he was anice man , he took care of her, these are the valuses she instilled , get the money!

At least Howard is a bright educated guy with some class and decorum, her went to Berkely and UCLA law school, birkhead was paparazzi, the ultimate stalker, just like vergie claims she coudl not get anna off drugs, then why should anyone think or blame Howard because he couldn't either.

the judge is a moron, birkhead and his lawyers tactics are disgusting, vergie is the lowest of the low and why do you think she could not remember if she was paid to sit on Anna Nicole's sons grave? She is looking for her payday and God help Daniellynn if she gets near vergie or larry, I lump Larry int here bc if he so easily kisses up to the mom that Anna despised then he had no real feelings for Anna either and it is not about what Anna would have wanted but about he and Vergie and their camps...getting paid.

What should happen is the Marshall camp shoudl keep all the Marshall moeny and it should be taken off the table, why should he or his family be responsible for an offspring that his WT wife brought in the world 10 years later with one of a multiple choice guess of fathers.

Take that money ffo the table and make that case closed.

Then you can see who is still really int he fight for the body and the baby and how many men claim to be the daddy then, and the true daddy can foot the bill to raise his child as it should be.

37. I have a question for "Team Birkhead." How many of you watched the Anna Nicole Show? I'm guessing that you probably did not watch it. If you had, you probably wouldn't have these attitudes towards Howard. I felt really bad for him today. I wanted to give him a hug.

38. While I believe Larry is sincere in his belief that he is Dannielynn's father, the math just doesn't add up. Using Dannielynn's birthdate, Anna likely conceived on December 15th. If Larry was in CA and Anna didn't leave SC until New Years, that pretty much leaves him out of the picture. It makes me wonder if Ben Thompson has proof of his vasectomy or if he just made that up.

39. Apparently not, nor did Her mother watch it. The comment earlier about noone having visited ANS...Does anyone remember on her show when her skanky cousin w/ no teeth came and visited? they went to the steakhouse and she (skanky cousin) talked about (IIRC) mac and cheese and being broke?

As I mentioned previously, why didn't LB file w/ the punative father's registry when ANS supposedly cut him out of her life? Then he would have at least a paper trail instead of pics and articles that can be easily manipulated?
