62. Oh my god, just when things looked bad for HKS this bomb drops today in court and there is no doubt that Howard K. Stern is a sinister, bloodsucking stalker who helped push a drug addled, troubled woman into the grave. Forging checks in the Bahamas is the least of his crimes!

64. D. Steven, the lawyers from Texas was making a point that Howard paid bills in Anna name to employees (using Annas name/names to sign the checks) however when he purchased the plots he used his own name.

The check were to that Alexis woman who they fired, Stern claims they are part of the stolen property from the house.

65. Why is everyone blaming Howard K Stern for Anna doing drugs? Last I checked celebrities can get stuff like that on their own. Perhaps Doctor Feelgood (Kapoor) should be the one being blamed for her death and the death of Daniel because I'm sure Daniel got it from his mom. I used to watch the Anna Nicole show. Howard did what he was told when he was told. Anna ran the show, she would do what she wanted to do regardless of what he or anyone else said. She caused her own fate, she created her own circus during life and after. Vergie is trash and should just go home, she had nothing to do with her daughter when she was alive and only comes crawling out of the woodwork after she dies to try to get money. She cries because her daughter died, she should cry for being a horrible mother, and for being the greedy POS that she is. I'm so sick of everyone getting on Howard K Stern about everything. Yes Anna paid his bills and his rent but HE WORKED FOR HER AND THAT IS HOW SHE PAID HIM!!!! It is not like he did NOTHING to earn the money he was her Attorney and pretty much her manager. People do get paid for those jobs! He and Anna had a deal and that is how she paid him!

I think people just need to shut up and wait for the DNA tests and whoever is that little girls daddy.. and I don't care if it is Howard or Larry or Ronald McDonald..whoever it is is going to have their hands full. Because that kid is going to be messed up for life unless she gets some real help and guidance as she grows up. She needs to be told to SAY NO TO DRUGS, since obviously her mother or brother could never teach her that!

66. Howard says that Daniel was like a brother to him - meaning that he knew he was more like a dependent son to Anna than her lover. Anna didn't like men who could not give her nice things, and all Howard could do is make her sell her body to support his lazy butt. All the talk in the past about Anna's mother being trailer trash? Seems that the mother and Larry have a work ethic, and Howard is just plain trash living off of others!

70. I have been very opinionated in favor of Larry Birkhead and Virgie since Daniels death, up till today.

However, seeing Larry, Virgie and HKS in court, hearing their individual stories, I think they all 3 of them are victims of ANS herself.

ANS may have been a good mother to Daniel, or at least until she became a drug addicted mess, however, hearing Larry's story of her in the hospital trying to detox from drugs, yet sneaking them in a duffel bag, watching the Clown video has left me with the conclusion...both these men loved her, each in their own way. She manipulated them all. She pulled their strings.

Larry admits she want off to S. Carolina where she engaged in an affair with another man for a few weeks, but she called him back....when she wanted the cute young guy. HKS enabled her....and he should not be alieved of this fact, however I am now convinced he did it out of unrecoited love for ANS.

I think HKS did NOT kill Daniel. ANS did, by accident because Daniel drank her morphine in the cup. HKS covered her ass. HKS did not kill ANS in the hotel room in Florida. She killed herself. She od' and should we be surprised.

Lets review her drug history for years. She was an addict, her addiction consumed her life, no more and no less. In the end she could not live with the guilt of Daniels accidental death...Stern has blood on his hands, but so did ANS.

Give the baby to her father...Larry. Give the bodies to Vergie and let god and the IRS take care of Stern

71. Larry tried to get her help and get her into rehab - Stern tried to separate them at every turn. Then Stern takes off with and 8 month pregnant ANS to the Bahamas immediately after Larry tried to get her into rehab from the hospital.

Stern never had a physical relationship with ANS. It was in Sterns best interest to keep everyone drugged to the gills.

If Stern really loved here he would not allow her to be seen as under the influence in public.

If Stern really loved her he would have gotten her to rehab or walked away from her.

If he really loved ANS and her baby – he would have moved heaven and earth to keep drugs away from her and “his” child.

72. Some people in your comment section should be ashamed of themselves.
ANS was a human being foremost and should be shown some sort
of respect even though she is dead. All parties involved should stop and
bury this poor woman where she wanted to be. NEXT TO HER SON IN THE
BAHAMAS. She would not have not bought a burial plot there if she didn't want
to be there. HKS may not be the father but he is the only one whom shows that
he truly loved her. LB claims he has not prospered from the Anna. Then why
was he never heard about prior and now why does he hang out with all of the
stars. I personally saw him on the red carpet on tv. MONEY MONEY MONEY
it seems this is what just about what almost every one wants. As for her
mother(ANS'S) she should absolutely be ashamed of herself. Shame on her
and her tactics. For heaven's sake you can clearly see that all she wants is
fame and money. She says that for 10 years no body was allowed to see
Anna because of HKS. Excuse me but when Anna had her reality tv show
she did have some of her family on there. Personnally I hope HKS is the
baby's father and I hope the Marshal family takes the money off of the table
and a legal paper is put in place that any and all money going to the baby is
protected and only given to the baby when she becomes of age and that no
person is allowed to obtain any money from the estate of Anna

I think the presss should investigate Howard K Sterns background and it wouldnt be surprising if he is gay, there were a few aquaintances that appeared that way also and he seemed to allow them around. One being the doctor and there had to be a reason for attending the gay parade and also the fact that she appeared willing to be with men but bot him. I think this would put the truth in perspective.

75. They can get the baby's DNA from the hospital where she was born. They keep PKU lab and sometimes cord blood samples on record. Would have to be subpoened, I suppose.That might get tricky, but seems easier than messing with Howard anymore...
