76. As a person who had recent experiences dealing with a person addicting to drugs and alcohol, I have only sympathy for all the people involved in this situation, especially the baby. I have no idea what the truth is, only sadness for Anna's child.

78. As the host of The Insider Pat O'Brian said. Let's not look at the death of Anna Nicole Smith as entertainment. Look at it as if it was one of your family. Drugs kill a lot of people, stars and people in your own family. It's disgusting that Howard Stern is trying to prophet from this tragedy. Some people just love the money so much they don't see what really happened here, and they don care. First her son Daniel and now Anna Nicole . He scares me this Howard Stern. I hope that court room can see that he gets what he deserves. Locked up and behind bars.

79. They keep talking about "the money" which is the marshall money. Howard K Stern is the attorney for ANS in that matter. There is a number of things that can happen if the body is awarded to the mother. He can let the case die by simply not doing anything further with it and the Marshall's will win the case ergo NO MONEY or he can settle for the amount his 6% and then the mother and Burkhead would get zilch. Burkhead has admitted he has photos of ANS and her son that he gets royalties from so he is also in it for the money. Simple solution..... bury ANS in the Bahama's next to her son and let them both rest in peace.

I'm disgusted that a person had plenty of opportunities and money to help her clean up her act and she could have in-patiented herself while pregnant to make sure her baby wasn't subjected to dangerous drugs. Anyone that may have provided drugs to her that conflicts with proper medical care should be held liable for contributing to a death and also for contributing to the harm of an infant. I'd would rather have parents that cared about me than this sickness. I hope Larry gets his daughter and soon.

81. How will Howard Stern benefit from having custody of the baby? Lets see, maybe he just wants to hold onto the baby long enough for the Marshall case to settle so he is assured of his 6% of $100,000,000. I assume that if Larry takes over as father, he than would hire is own council to deal with the Marshall Estate on behalf of his daughter. That would leave knucklehead out in the cold.

85. What a mess....Gosh, Howie is totally creepy, sleeping on the sofa while she is upstairs with Larry. He's playing a grown up on TV this week. How could he give drugs to her in the hospital while she was trying to get off drugs for the sake of her baby, boy that's a true friend watching out for her welfare. He is basically an up close and personal stalker pill peddler. Today, Larry appeared the only sane one in this cast of players. Can you imagine Larry being proven the father and having to deal with Howie because of the will............This train wreck will continue for years to come.

86. Well to start off Ben Thompson can't have kids the man had a vestomey remember. So that leaves Howard and Berkhead and we all know Howard's not the biological father. I believe that is some foul shit to give that woman more drugs when she was in the hospital trying to get off drugs.The pain that Bernkhead is suffering is terrible. I can't imagine someone having one of my children and I know that they are mine and the person who has my child is looking like he could be a murderer. This is a very sad case. They can say what they want about the Judge but he's getting to the bottom of case and I appalude him for having the guts to do so. Keep up the good work Judge.
