TMZ has confirmed that Britney Spears has left rehab -- again.
As we first reported, the singer checked into Promises treatment center yesterday. But she just couldn't deal with it and left for home. It's the same story as last week, when Britney was in and out of rehab within 24 hours.
"EXTRA" is reporting that Spears tried to get into a tattoo parlor before going home, but it was closed.

77. Doesn't she realize that she's hurting herself and her kids when she does crap like this? She needs to stop thinking of herself and take care of those kids. Kevin needs to get an emergency order of custody of Sean and Jayden. It isn't healthy for them to be living with her.

78. It is so painfully obvious that she has some mental issues; I suspect manic depression, with postpartum depression thrown in; all of that, on top of an extremely immature personality and an obvious subpar IQ. On top of that add alcohol/drug addiction. She even exhibits symptoms of ADD.
I cannot stand her, but people should see that someone like this is UNABLE to help themselves. She needs to be committed, as she will never be able to accomplish this voluntarily.

81. she is more addicted to publicity than booze or drugs...she needs to go to rehab for that. Agree with #51...she is a total embarassment. She's 100% responsible for what she's going through...she brought it all on herself. Look at all the other celebrities who handle the media and paparazzi and remain classy. Just goes to show what money/fame/celebrity does to someone who is not very bright to begin with.

I have battled addictions in the past, so I know of what I speak.
It's not a CHOICE, it's a real medical issue.
Many people have addictions of one form or another.
COMPASSION for someone like that? Yes, of course.
Why not? She never did anything to harm me.

90. If her parents, friends, etc. are concerned enough for Brit's own well being and that of her children( more importantly) they may want to seek a court ordered rehabilitation. This may be best considering Brit's inability to commit to a voluntary rehab and continual distructive behavior. It would be a locked unit for 30 days where she would be subject to therapy, group sessions, and treatment. Probably the best thing for her honestly. She's obviously not well enough to make her own decisions-it's time for someone to do it for her.
