20. I hope she doesn't get custody of the kids. If they were her first priority she would pay more attention to them instead of looking for ways to get attention in the media even if it is negative. You never saw Shar Jackson behaving like this. IIf she does get custody, it should be joint because she is far worse than KFed. How embarassing this is for her poor kids!

23. she lives in LA, goes to spots where she knows she'll be photographed, hangs with people who love to be photographed, throws up in cars, passes out at clubs, drives with her baby in her lap, shaves her head when she knows she's being photographed...

24. The poor girl is falling apart. She tried rehab...but she was only 1 day and the paparazzi were taking photos of her. If she can't go to rehab for help without her privacy being invaded where can she go? We don't know what she has been up to, it's all if's and but's. Regardless of that, she is a human being and has made mistakes as we all do. Let her be and maybe, just maybe, she will be able to take the help she needs.

There is no way she will keep those 2 babies and if she really love them then she will like any normal mother put their first bef her and will faith to become clean and get them back but right now for me this woman is just not mentaly healthy enough to be looking after them.

27. Federline is a deadbeat dad - you sure don't see him anywhere near the kids do you? They'll never give him the kids - he's just trying to get more $$. There is no evidence that britney ever endangered her children so the gov. is not going to step in either.
