19. Federline is a deadbeat dad - you sure don't see him anywhere near the kids do you? They'll never give him the kids - he's just trying to get more $$. There is no evidence that britney ever endangered her children so the gov. is not going to step in either.

Time to put a stop to the constant invasions of privacy. You betcha that is exactly why she went to the lawyer.

20. Where is your compassion? This young lady is obviously in the midst of a meltdown. She has had 2 children in less than 2 years, getting divorced, and has camera's focusing on her every move. She needs support...not more criticism. I only pray that her family and her real friends give her the guidance and support she so clearly needs.

23. so much for the benefit of the doubt. evidently she hasn't hit her bottom yet, but when the judge gives k-fed the kids, watch her ass jump into rehab then. i was rooting for her, but now just someone please take care of those poor kids.

25. I hope she doesn't get custody of the kids. If they were her first priority she would pay more attention to them instead of looking for ways to get attention in the media even if it is negative. You never saw Shar Jackson behaving like this. IIf she does get custody, it should be joint because she is far worse than KFed. How embarassing this is for her poor kids!

26. she lives in LA, goes to spots where she knows she'll be photographed, hangs with people who love to be photographed, throws up in cars, passes out at clubs, drives with her baby in her lap, shaves her head when she knows she's being photographed...

27. Sue those jackals. The paparazzi are totally out of control and probably won't be satisfied until she is dead and they can get pictures of it. Freedom of the press is a joke. This girl can't go anywhere without hundreds of these assholes popping flashbulbs in her face. I mean, is she really this big of a news story? 29. She probably knows she is about to lose that kid...i'm still not convinced she has another one, no one has seen it. Has anyone? I think she is pulling another Tom & Katie thing. anyhow, she knows she screwed up...she is gone off the deep end....what reason did she give to why she even shaved her head?

30. The poor girl is falling apart. She tried rehab...but she was only 1 day and the paparazzi were taking photos of her. If she can't go to rehab for help without her privacy being invaded where can she go? We don't know what she has been up to, it's all if's and but's. Regardless of that, she is a human being and has made mistakes as we all do. Let her be and maybe, just maybe, she will be able to take the help she needs.
