33. I don't think she left the second rehab cause of photogs, I don't remember any news of her even being in the first rehab until after she left, so she could have stayed there.

And if she didn't want the pics taken of her shaving her head, she should have done it at home.

She needs to grow up and take care of her children and stop focusing so much on herself. When you want to be a star, you are gonna be in the public eye so deal with it. If she wants to clean up her image and her life, she needs to start by chilling out on the partying and club hopping.

Lets just wait and see what happens in the next day or so.... with the pap's intruding on her very first day at rehab maybe she just left for the day to meet with this lawyer because how is she going to get help with them trying to watch every move while in rehab and I am sure the other patients are not happy with them swarming around the facility. I sure hope she is getting the help she needs there and really does go back! What a shame!

Brittany does not need to have custody right now.. Temporary custody should be given to her parents or (I hate to say this), K-Fed.. You haven't seen him pulling this crap.. I am not a big fan of his; however, right now, he seems to be the most fit. Anyone acting like this does not need to be around her children by any means. If she seeks proper help, which it is apparent she will not do,then go from there. But for right now, no way...

39. If she wanted privacy - why did she seek so much public attention? Many people have problems - we just do them at home, in the dark, with our friends, by ourselves. A normal person doesn't run all over the US doing things for the cameras. She can't really complain about the lack of privacy now - she loves it and needs it other times. She can't pick and choose and she knows that. Everyone being interested in her now while she is in the dumps is equal to when she is hot. We do have the right to know what is going on - in a way it is our money that created her and our money that destroys her.
