47. The judge is trying to weight Larry & HKS..

Larry has a job.
HKS doesn't have a job.
Larry doesn't have women take care of him.
HKS has lived off ANS.

Larry is more stable than HKS: JOB & Home
Howard: No JOB & ANS was paying his rent.
HKS is getting ready to be homeless..

48. Right On Larry! You said on stand today everything I have been feeling. I too believe that Anna should be buried here in California with her son in the same cemetery as Marilynn Monroe her idol. She is a USA citizen who... should be laid to rest on American soil.
Bring her home so that her adoring fan's can pay homage to her! She always loved and adored the limelight and admiration of her fan's.

Larry has spoken as a true man! Hell, at least he can afford to take care of Dannylynn. Howard K. Stern is a leech who has to live off his Mom and Dad now that his meal ticket is dead.

Karma is coming Howard! I just hope the cop's and FBI are following you 24/7? You never know?..Desperate men do desperate things so... I'd be watching you like a hawk, especially after seeing how the judge admired Larry's testimony today.

49. I am appauled by the unprofessionalism of the judge on this case. He is a pathetic joke. Howard K. Stern is by all accounts Anna Nicole Smith's common law husband and closed companion for the last 10 years. He has all rights to make all the decisions. Her mother is a lousy liar. She is the one who now makes an appearance after all these years - she has no right!

Where is the empathy for Howard Stern who has lost Daniel and Anna Nicole, his companions of 10 years?

50. Did you catch the last few seconds in the courtroom, when they brought up the clown video? He's going to allow that tomorrow. I don't think he would have before. But after hearing Larry's testimony on the drugs, intent, state of mind, etc., I think we're going to see a clown video in the courtroom.

54. While testifying, Stern drank from a styrofoam cup, which he left behind on the witness stand. Subsequently, Birkhead took the stand and slipped his cup into Stern's. I believe he took both cups with him when he left the stand. Am I the only one who noticed this? There is no commentary on MSNBC, Fox News, or other source. Birkhead has Stern's DNA!

55. Larry hasn't been cross examined yet. Vergie was all goody goody to at first. I think people judge Howard too much. How would you feel if you were being accused of murder. it would be hard to be relaxed. I think Larry looked too happy and comfortable. Does he not even care that Anna is DEAD?!

59. She belongs in California or Texas .who in the hell can afford to go to the Bahamas to see their deceased ones .This is all Anna's fault for not being in good state of mind before death . Bring both of them home to the states .HKS was nothing but a puppet for Anna giving her the drugs and keeping her drugged up ,ripping out IVs in the hospital bringing her drugs while she was in the hospital ,he is worthless absolutely worthless and what kind of care will he really give that baby if he does not win the case concerning Marshalls estate. At least Birkhead is a man and he is really concerned of the childs health and future . This woman Anna Nicole did nothing but lead all of these people into their hell this is what she did . She was so busy doing drugs she did not see that her son was in trouble how shameful .. The Judge of this hearing is a laughing stock of the Judicial system . So what if the mother got monies ,she had to get there some way ,who knows I might or you may have done the same thing in order to get my kids back home .
