661. Larry does present himself very well and for the most part seems sincere. But let's not forget that he had a two year relationship with ANS so he couldn't so he must crave attention at some level. Let's face it -- you don't hang around with someone like her and not expect some sort of controversy.!

As for Howard the coward -- definitely an enabler and was milking her for everything she had. He knows darn well he's not the daddy. Hey, notice his profile on the stand? He looks like Lord Farquat from Shrek with the pointy nose and chin and the hunched neck.

Howard totally ignored her coherency which is a major sign that someone has a
mental or health condition that needs to be treated, especially thru pregnany. I know Howard is not a Doctor but anyone could see her health deteriorating.He was negligent in in getting professional treatment for her. Infact he just encouraged her drug use.
And whats so wrong with this judge.? He says it the way it is. He's a judge who has A LOT of exerience with HUMAN BEHAVIOUR, Look at Judge Joe Brown..says things like " I outta take your ass out to a farm and whoop it" Some people need to hear it in such words to message thru.
Howard also could have avoided all this red tape of 3 people fighting over her burial by submitting to an early dna test to allow the natural father to have the responsibility of burying her for his daughter.

664. Why does this judge let Vergie and Larry talk and talk and talk, but seems to interrrupt and lets HKS get interrupted quite often, I'm sorry but I really think he is being very biased towards Vergie and Larry.
I think this baby needs to go with her Lawyer, he is the main one making sense and asking questions that pertains to this.
My husband says the same thing as others, Larry Birkhead reminds him of Kato kaelin. Just a little smarter.
I don't think Danni Lynn should go to any of these 3 people. Vergie, Howard or Larry, they all want the money. Although I am inclined to beleive that Howard does really love this baby.

666. I think Larry Birkhead said what he wanted them to hear, he was partying with the lot of them in the drug scene. I think they should look more into his lifestyle also. I still think Anna should be buried next to Daniel and Dannielynn stay with Howard in the Bahamas away from all this mess. Her mother is another story, she deserves nothing.

667. # 647. I would never sign that petition and hope people don"t. You don't know the whole story of Larry Birkhead. Check the videos of him partying in a drug scene. He only said on the stand what his lawyers told him to say and what the judge wanted him to hear. Anna was on drugs before she met Howard.

Why hasn't Larry or Vergie's attorneys brought up the fact that Anna Nicole only buried Daniel in the Bahamas because she did not want to make a trip taking his body back to CA where she had a paternity suit against her? Didn't she keep his body for weeks before burrying? Also, why haven't they asked him who is currently in charge of Anna Nicole's money and challenged him on his not having any money so that he "had" to borrow money from his parents. He was on her payroll as sh paid him a "retainer fee" Where and how much money is that? Did he lie on the stand about having to borrow money from his parents? How MUCH money did he borrow? $10.00? He worked for her for 10 years. Did he work for free? I think not. Also, fax machines always have the current date. Vergie and Larry need better attorneys.

669. I was very impressed with Larry Birkhead also. He was very upfront about everything...and appeared to be very legitimately concerned about both Anna Nicole and his daughter Dannielynn. I hope things work out the best for him..and he gets his daughter as soon as possible...they need to be together...she needs to be safe.

671. here is what concerns me, I believe that Larry Birkhead truly believes
with all his heart that HKS is not the father and he is....but what if
HE was lied to by ANS? I know a woman that got pregnant and suddenly
wanted to put her and her HUSBAND'S third child up for adoption
saying they couldn't afford more kids. That should have sent red
flags up to him right there but it didn't so they had an open
adoption. Well when the baby was born the child was obviously
Hispanic and neither one of them are. When he questioned his wife
she denied all of his accusations and proceeded with the adoption.
She swore it was his child for over a year until one night in a
drunken rage she blurted out it wasn't. Then she tried to claim she
had been raped and didn't want him to know. After trying to pull
that charade off for almost another year she finally admitted she had
an affair, at which point the hubby finally left her. It is not
unheard of for a woman to tell a man he is the Dad when they secretly
know he is not. When Larry Birkhead was asked why he thought the baby
was his besides the timing of conception, he always says he can't
imagine her telling him it was his if she knew it wasn't, he couldn't
imagine her taking him to Dr visits and having him care for her and
believe it was his if she knew it wasn't. He just couldnt imagine
someone telling a person that they love them and then doing that to
them because that would be so horrible and cruel. My heart sank and
I thought, "welp Larry, I can." Then again it wouldn't explain the great lengths she went to avoid the DNA test UNLESS she didn't want him to know it WASN'T his so she could keep him dangling on a string like all the other men.

672. At first I was also impressed with LB, but he was questioned by the judge (?), and has not been cross-examined yet. He is employed (?) as a freelance photographer. Which is the same as the often hated paparazzi.
I don't care for HKS, but I'm not sure the amount of money he was mentioning was making him rich. Also, if the roles were reversed, we'd be supporting it as a palimony suit. And let's face it, ANS was no angel. I think she was alot smarter that most of her videos show and her career was well planned by her, but she had addiction problems, self ego issues, and problems with commitment. Probably due to her upbringing by Vergie, What a piece of work. Claims she raised Daniel (hasn't seen him since he was 7) (My kids took alot longer to raise!) And she wants ANS buried in "family plot" purchased by V & her now ex-husband (ANS step father) and wants nothing to do with Hogan family (ANS biological father) while everyone is arguing over who is Dannielynns biological father, like that makes a difference to the case. This is ridiculous!!

674. Could it be that HKS was feeding her drugs from the duffel bag and during her pregnance because he was trying to get her to MISCARRY this baby. If it was truly his baby do you honestly think he wouldn't have tried to stop her from using drugs, he didn't care about that baby when ANS was carrying it and now that it is born. He used ANS as his mealticket and now he wants to use this poor little girl. He could care less where ANS is buried he kept her from her family in life and now he wants to keep her away in death! He has so many skeletons in his closet he could open up his own cemetary.

I really hope LB is the father I believe he will love this little girl no matter what--money or no money. The other guy she was involved with at the time (I think Thomson, not sure) definately has to be brought in because sometimes vesectomies don't always work.

675. sorry but I dont believe for one minute G. Ben Thompson is the Dad either. He was willing to come forward from day # 1 to be tested and still is, those arent the actions of someone willing to go so far as to murder people to prevent the disclosure he is Dannielynn's Dad.
